Their weekday lunch specials are amazing -- $9.99 for veg and $11.99 for non-veg, which is a great deal for the quality and quantity they offer. You also get multiple choices of dishes, so it's perfect for anyone who likes variety. Their snacks and chai are excellent, and I have to highlight their sarson ka saag with makki ki roti -- honestly the best I've had so far. The flavors taste authentic and homemade. Highly recommended for anyone looking for tasty, affordable Indian lunch and snacks in the area!

It had the sweet and savory flavors going on, and although it was a little bit soggy, I enjoyed it. If you're craving some chaat, this works in a pinch. You can even order online and then pick it up. The grocery store also has a very nice collection of Indian ingredients, so I stayed to shop for a bit.

One of the cashiers also just glanced at me as if I wasn't welcome here. The space of this Indian grocery is quite large, and the whole place looked clean. They offer authentic Indian products, most of which I'm not familiar with. I just bought 1 mango lassi on each of my 2 visits. It cost about about $5+ but the first time, I was charged with convenience fee for using my debit card because I spent less than $10 - So unprofessional! The second time, I just used cash to avoid paying the convenience fee. Mango lassi was good: creamy, refreshing mango taste with a lot of cardamom. It's quite sweet; sweeter than most mango lassis we tried. My girl thought it was too sweet. I slightly agreed but I would probably buy this again if they ever decide to get rid of that ridiculous fee. | Overall Score: 3.4/5

Sometimes you just need something quick and cheap for lunch, and if that is the case and you are in…read morethe mood for Indian food then Sangam Mart is certainly an option. I have not had an opportunity to venture around their supermarket so I don't know how good or bad that area is, but I've had their cafeteria food on a couple of occasions. Just to be clear, the speed and price of the food are the big positives, but it comes at the cost of quality. On my first visit, I ordered their Kongu mutton biryani and paneer tikka masala. The biryani was really dull and not very well conceived. The mutton itself was on the dry end and the spices did not pop like you'd expect in a fresh biryani. I'd say the color of the biryani itself is very telling. The paneer tikka masala was decent, but the paneer itself was really dense and chewy. I could at least enjoy the curry some, but would have liked a little more spice in that too. I came back and ordered their chicken curry. To be clear, it was labeled as "chicken curry", not a butter chicken, a korma or a vindaloo, just a curry. The flavors were Indian in nature, but not very harmonious like a well thought out curry. It was also very watery, and the chicken was dry and more bone than meat. The prices here are probably the biggest pull factor for Sangam Mart, they are the cheapest Indian spot in the area by a good bit! With such short lunch breaks and the desire to not burn through your wallet, Sangam Mart has its place. However, with so many other fantastic Indian restaurants in the area, it is hard for me to justify choosing Sangam Mart over the competition.

I've been searching for gulab jamun for over ten years and finally found it here at this restaurant! My friend's mother made even better ones than this restaurant's, but it was still sweet and delicious. The paneer was creamy and the dish was very spicy. Definitely needed the yogurt to offset the spice! Service was alright, ambiance of the seating outside was good but no shade!

When I pointed this out to the female owner, she very rudely retorted that that is why the item was discounted. That made me recollect that about a year ago I found plain lachchi (yogurt drink) outdated by about a month. At that time, I noted the expiration date after the rotten taste in trying to drink it. Glad I recently discovered "Spice Bazaar" nearby. Plan to not only more carefully check for expiration dates, but also minimize groceries from South Asian stores.

Not great, but fine. The problem I had was mainly the person working there. They weren't rude, but they were definitely not even getting close to friendly. They also not only did not have a sign asking patrons to wear masks (as is currently the law) but the employee working was not wearing a mask either. He did not even attempt to correct it. He went into the back a couple times while I was shopping and, at no time did he return with a mask on. Lastly, one of the things I love about Spice Bazaar is that, the instant you walk in, you are hit with the wonderful smell of all these spices. Little Indian just kind of smells musty, leading me to believe the spices are older or not as fresh. I'll go back in if I absolutely need to, but plan on being more organized with my grocery shopping so I don't have to.

Excellent selection of Arab / Middle Eastern / Mediterranean / Asian goods. They have a great variety of both the standard staples, such as chick peas, bread, seasonings, yogurts, cheeses, frozen goods, and other raw or prepared ingredients, but also have more nuanced items you might not have seen in a long time had you grown up elsewhere and moved to the US. I don't have to go and order things online anymore. Additionally they have a butcher that has fresh meats that are also halal if you're Muslim. I haven't ever had their meats, and am not Muslim, but I know where to go if I need lamb or goat on special occasions. They don't really have produce beyond some shelf stable items, but that excluded, it's pretty much an oasis. Finally, the store is kept clean, well stocked, and organized. I've never been in there with items I need missing. They recently did a facelift on the front of the store and it looks awesome, very modern and inviting. The owners and their sons are super friendly, extremely kind, even offering to special order things I ask about, and are always in a helpful / cheerful mood! Would HIGHLY recommend stopping in to anyone looking for things they need, or just wanting to see what a Middle Eastern store looks like!
