I used to stop here all the time and fill my cars up . But not so much anymore. For over a year now the towels in the customer convenience area. ( wash windows, garbage can , squeegees,and paper towels. ) no towels have been replaced. Customer service absolutely none. I asked an attendant who was outside smoking, he said that he has never seen and towels in the area since he has been working there for over a year now. He said why should I care if there are towels. Wrong answer bub. Customer service is where it all starts or ends. You think you have a job because you are whatever. Customers are the ones the give you the opportunity to work there. Rethink your way you treat customers. I would have fired you on the spot for your lack of customer service. Shame on you Circle-K read more

The other day, I stopped by to get gas and they were advertising the lowest price around. However, when I went to select my gas, the prices were much higher. Then I saw the little sign that said that the advertised price was only available to anyone deciding to purchase a car wash. It might not meet the strict legal definition of "bait and switch" but that is certainly how I felt. I this this is a pretty crappy way to treat customers, potential customers or, in my case, now former customers. Go ¼ mile down the road ... there's another gas station, not quite as nice, but certainly cheaper.

The pharmacy at Walgreens in Pittsboro is filled with many wonderful, friendly, professional staff…read moremembers. I have no complaints for my visits to the pharmacy. They're always very helpful and I appreciate that. However, I was called by one of the pharmacy techs regarding a billing issue with Medicare paying for my flu shot. Of course I wanted to take care of that immediately and I returned the call and was put on hold for 16 minutes. I called a second time and was put on hold for over 10 minutes. I called a third time, was put on hold for another 10 minutes and was hung up on twice. I never did get to speak with the pharmacy tech who had the question about Medicare billing issue. I I know they stay busy and I hope the issue got resolved and I tried my best to get it resolved but I don't think I will call again and be put on hold. I know the music well. If they need it resolved they can call me. Philip Stone

He was friendly and cared about my choices and escorted me to the proper area to find what I needed when I asked for help. One person was scary as he had no welcoming attitude and a fierce look. That particular man would be the only reason I might not go back. If I am an employer I would wonder if he was having a bad day, or just looks unwelcoming at all times? He was stationed at the POC nearest the entrance.
