Good or bad, I am a frequent visitor to Paris, France. I have been avoiding the downtown as I am tired of seen the same things and have been choosing a small suburb town instead, quiet, close to train and work, pretty much residential, nothing extraordinary. This last trip I chose to stay downtown since we were three travelers and researched to be close to train for airport and to my work. Despite the research the unknown was making me nervous but I was super pleasantly surprised how good this place was. The location? awesome! a few steps from the Metro and the train to the airport. Super easy and with your luggage. Smack in the middle of the action and situated on a walk only area/square, no vehicles. Modern, clean and happened to get an apartment with kitchenette and sink that saved a lot of trouble and money on meals. What better than to have your own apartment, for a great price, quiet and make a dinner in the middle of Paris! sweet. The Staff very friendly, courteous and nothing chatty or intrusive. I very much recommend this and will head back any chance I get. Watch though for the fact that the taxi cannot get to the door and the breakfast is extra. Don't worry though, there are plenty of restaurants and eateries and grocery stores in close proximity. There it is, my research and experience will serve you well and you can get to this without worries. Enjoy Paris! read more
