Amazing hotel! The front desk staff was so accommodating. My husband had broke his ankle the week before so he had a walking boot. We needed to ice his ankle quite often from walking around Paris. So we asked the front desk about 5 times for ice in a bag. They were so helpful! The hotel had nice views and the bathroom was clean and modern. The room was small but as expected in Paris. It was nice that the doors to the balcony opened up. It is near the metro and centrally located to many sites. The tv only had French channels so bring and iPad and use the WiFi if you want to rest and watch tv. Bring an adapter. Not sure if the front desk has some but we brought one with us and it worked great.

My junior suite ( room 605 ) was very nice....huge balcony with a great view. The day time staff was attentive and responsive. They run a very clean and well put together 4 stat hotel. Flaws.... 1. Night staff is under staffed. You can't have room service if it's one person taking the calls, running the food and working the bar. It's insulting to ask a guest to come downstairs to pick up what things. 2. The in room cleaning staff often missed noticeable things. ie. A pizza box on the floor in the room 3. Tv selection is poor. Don't expect anything in English but the news. A great hotel with only some minors flaws that the room a location make up for.

Let's get the important basics out of the way. Free Wifi, plus a business center Free Breakfast- WITH CHAMPAGNE ( I'd double check this, but it was included for us) Extremely Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Gym(small, but I've seen worse in the US) Great location We did not have a standard room, but one step up and it was incredibly spacious based on what I'd expected for a European hotel room. We had two twin beds, desk, sofa and two additional chairs with a bistro table. We were on the top floor so we did have a slopped roof, but we are short so it was a non issue. Bathroom was fine, aside from lack of counter space. I often see less aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces in U.S. Hotel bathrooms. We could see the Eiffel Tower, Sacre Coure Basillica and Hotel Invailides from our room. I like to walk if possible when I'm traveling, and the location of the K+K certainly gave us that option. If we were headed somewhere further, there is a Metro stop directly across from the hotel entrance and a taxi stand across the intersection.

Each balcony room was perfectly appointed and prettily decorated, comfortable beds but most importantly spotless (and cleaned each day). There are luxurious guest robes and many soft towels. The bathroom was so pretty and also spotless. The staff treats you like family and they are friendly, warm and so helpful. Prior to our arrival Alavia arranged airport transfers for our party of 6 as well as multiple restaurant reservations. While we were there, the staff arranged for our transfer to Versailles and helped us with reservations on two more occasions. All recommendations they made were wonderful. The lobby is also so comfortable and they serve breakfast downstairs in the hotel. The night before our departure, a thank you note and chocolate was left in my room as well as a tote bag. Such a special treat for us on a night we were sad to be leaving the next day. We fell in love with Paris and hope to go back. If we do, we will stay at Hotel Signature again! Thank you to Delphine, Manuela, Frances and Alavia for making my family feel so welcome in your beautiful hotel.

She took the time to give us a map and orient us to the hotel's location in relation to all of the major landmarks. We rode the very cute and very small elevator up to our room on the 6th floor. There are only about six rooms on each floor, so it is small and quaint in the best of ways. Upon opening the door to our room, we were greeted with the most lovely king suite. The suite was well appointed, with a large closet and shelves for storing your stuff, a mini fridge, a TV, etc. The wallpaper was totally intriguing, covered in black and white sketches of different Paris scenes and landmarks. Upon further inspection, we found that the wallpaper wasn't actually wallpaper! It was some kind of fabric wall covering like a canvas stretched over a frame. It was super cool and so representative of this intimate hotel. In our room, we also found a lovely personalized welcome note. I cannot say enough about how accommodating the people at this hotel are. We were assured that there is always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day, and indeed there was. On Christmas Day, we returned to our room to find a handwritten Christmas note along with some little treats from the nearby Maison du Chocolat, which we learned ourselves is NOT cheap. Manuela was a tremendous source of information for us, giving us directions, recommendations and helping us with special requests. The bed was very comfortable, our suite was clean and quiet. The bathroom was fine. We will absolutely return next time we're in Paris.

When we opened the window, it felt like the opening scene of Beauty and the Beast when Belle greets the town with "Bonjour!" Housekeeping cleaned the room everyday and it was so nice to come back to a clean room. The absolute only feedback I really have is that I wish there were more power outlets inside the room. Other than that, this is the perfect Parisian hotel, especially for a romantic vibe. :)

Clean hotel, nice amenities, very friendly and helpful staff from the breakfast staff to front desk to maintenance to concierge. Everyone was great and would drop everything to give me advice on sights to see, transportation, food options, and more. The rooms were expensive and above our original budget but with a 12 and 14 year old we realized a few years ago we need 2 rooms to be happy when we travel. This place is perfect and worth the money. We had planned to eat breakfast out a few times, but the hotel buffet breakfast had everything you need and enabled us to be out the door to see Paris faster than sitting down somewhere. The location is walkable to Louvre and Jardin Luxembourg, and to so many lively streets in St Germain. We ate a lot on Rue Buci and Rue de Seine, and on the streets behind the hotel such as Rue Princesse. So much to do near this hotel. We also used the metro with a stop beside the hotel, and explored the churches in St Germain which were breathtaking- no crowds and just as magnificent as Notre Dame. We all got a great night's sleep every night here, which we needed after exploring so much of Paris every day. We felt at home here and felt safe in the hotel and area.

The street that it's on is equipped with grocery store Franprix & restaurant Ernest with other eateries nearby. Also within walking distance are two metro stations & the Jardin du Luxembourg. We booked two adjoining rooms which were more spacious than say, a boutique hotel. The Pullman was renovated in 2021 so everything felt new & updated. Clean, firm beds. Shower head had three water stream options. Just a heads up for us short girlies that the bathtub wall is quite high so be extra careful getting in & out. To access the lobby, ride the escalator to the 2nd floor. To operate elevator, enter your floor & you'll be directed to the correct door. Prompt, efficient service, all around. The woman who checked us in was thorough & informative, & any request we made to housekeeping was fulfilled or delivered to us within minutes. Upon check-in, you'll pay a per person, per day, tourism tax (I assume sort of like a resort fee.) Highly recommend staying at the Pullman Montparnasse if you don't want to be in the center of a busy, loud street but want easy access to livelier areas nearby. Merci bien for an unforgettable stay.
