However, the way this office is run with communication is just terrible. I read the reviews about this but figured they must have worked this out by now, but they have not. There is no way to email them, and I have spent countless amounts of my time on hold, talking to answering services even during the day, and calls not returned, messages not received. I am rarely able to reach a human when I call them even during office hours. I have called five times in last few days during office hours and I am just on hold for 15 minutes listening to music and then it just hangs up on me, with no way to even leave a message. I have resorted to thinking I am going to have to actually drive there and physically go into the office to actually reach someone, but I do not have time to do this. When I was able to leave a message, they would repeatedly call me back on a really old number that goes to someone else after I corrected it 4 different times with the answering service and the office and told them my correct number, they still continue to call me on the wrong number. The first day I walked into the office in level 9 pain, the woman at the desk literally did not even look up at me or say hi. I just stood there looking at her right in front of her for a few minutes and then asked her if she could help me. She seemed totally annoyed that I was there and she had to deal with me. Not a great first impression when you walk in with a lot of pain. Thankfully the doctor and the PA were nice. My first apt was over $800 and was very quick with the doctor and my insurance only paid half. It seems impossible to get accurate insurance info, they tell me something has been approved, I call my insurance, they said it has not been approved. I am terrified to get anything else done here because of how expensive their fees are and not knowing what kind of bill I will get and can't get any clear pricing ahead of time for treatments. There is another pain doctor in San Rafael that does the same cutting edge treatments but is MUCH less expensive and very clear with treatment costs. The same first office visit with him was $60 copay, here it was $800 but both doctors are in network for me and same type of visit. I don't understand how the pricing can be so different for a first visit or for the same exact treatments. Their communication system and not being able to ever talk to the doctor unless you have a very expensive meeting with him months away just does not work for me. When you are in pain having to wait many months for an apt or weeks of back and forth calls to reach anyone feels unbearable. I tried to stick it out but the communication issues and lack of clear info is just causing me so much stress. I think this doctor is really good at what he does, and I think he offers the best cutting edge treatments, but I just could not handle the way the office/ finances/ and communication is done here. I did not feel taken care of at all and every time I need to call them it turns into such a long very stressful ordeal with so many back and forth messages with physician assistants because they are never available when I try to call and there is no way to email them, and they continue to call me at an old number. And most of the time there is no way to even leave a message. I have spent hours trying to reach someone at this office only to be on hold and then disconnected. I ask them to call me back to confirm they got my message to cancel an apt and they do not call back. So it is just weeks of messages back and forth unable to actually reach them and no way to talk to the doctor if you have any questions. This is not good for people who are in chronic pain. So much of this could be eliminated if they just had email. Such poor management. Really frustrating experience as a patient in pain to go through. The opposite of a smooth experience. It's too bad because I do think they do offer really helpful treatments for patients in pain, but I have given up on this place.

I call bullshiviki on that especially when it takes an unreasonable amount of time book an appointment. Dr. Baidu has set a standard that his staff can't meet. While I appreciate efficiency, I think flexibility is a missing element and then his staff has to take the brunt of dissatisfied patients. Dr. Baidu needs to learn leadership and management versus dictating standards that are unreasonable and have a significant negative impact. I am accountable for being 7 minutes late. I find that a 10 minute window is reasonable. 2 minutes is misguided. I personally think that this physician is a disappointing model. If a patient must endure a 2 plus month delay in getting an appointment, surely the Practice can communicate the precious nature of his minutes and seconds. FYI, restaurants give a standard +/- 10-15 minute window. A banner should go on the website that highlights the 2 minute demand. Very disappointed in Marin Health, who on average takes a delay from appointment time of more than 15 minutes to actually be be seen by a Provider. Marin Health is under resources to begin with (most Providers are not taking new Patients). I'd say Marin Health Executives need to pay attention to their business.

Never in my 60+ years has a doctors office told me to go away, as you know, usually you wait. I'm in extreme pain and sitting in the parking lot as I write this. They operate in 20 minute increments so why couldn't the doctor have given me a 15 minute visit, it was only a verbal face to face anyway with hopefully a pain prescription. Why are they jamming people so closely together? To maximize every dollar out of patients and this zero tolerance for five minutes late is like some Catholic boarding school rule out of the 1800s. Very very unreasonable when it takes weeks or longer to get an appointment and you're in pain. If you're looking for empathy this place isn't it, you're a number on a chart! I've seen the doctor in the past, I'm expressing no opinion on him personally but this new policy stinks and no notice was given we must arrive early or we're punished like children. As I discussed this with the embarrassed employee in reception a woman in the waiting room chimed in and said "you should see how bad their reviews are" as she looked up from her phone with a distressed expression (no kidding). I'll look elsewhere for an office that isn't treating us like sheep. Oh, and I recall last time I saw Dr Naidu I had to wait about 15 minutes but I guess that's okay. Forget the value of my time as a business owner and a schedule of my own. I'm not rescheduling I'll move on to a kinder and more competent office and skip the conveyer belt.

The problem was presented with symptoms of weakness, visually apparent imbalance, instability, and a deep incision at where the ECRL was cut. Hillary misdiagnosed this injury as a torn TFCC. That misdiagnosis meant that my injury would go untreated. It's been seven years and now, a more skilled and observant doctor quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered an MRI which confirmed his suspicion. Now that the doctor has pointed it out to me, it seems quite obvious to me. This new doctor, however, does not want to repair the problem due to the age of the injury. He thinks it's too old. It should have been fixed years ago. I'm looking for a doctor who can fix it. I'm willing to do what it takes to recover from the surgery. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gJKsnWwMIp8

My wrist is now fully functional and the scar is barely noticeable. Her assistant, Emily, was the most helpful regarding disability and work related issues. She was very patient and kind throughout dealing with all of the forms she was asked to fill out. And to top it all off, her onsite hand therapist, Yaffa Meiner, is the BEST! She worked with me for 6 weeks making sure my wrist, hand and arm would be functioning as well as before. She supported me through many teary and worried moments and always made me feel supported. The staff has been consistent and responsive - well beyond most Dr. Offices. Previously, I had cervical fusion/decompression surgery and lumbar decompression at UCSF. Every day I wish with all my heart that I'd gone with Dr. Su for those. It's hard not to blame myself because I'm convinced if I'd gone with Dr Su initially I wouldn't be left with cervical chronic pain. Dr Su's approach is to do the most minimal surgery because you can always do more, but can't correct surgery that shouldn't have happened. In my case, this lumbar fusion and reconstruction Dr Su did on November was to correct the first aggressive lumbar decompression at UCSF. I'm now 6 weeks post surgery and feel like I'm getting my life back! Nerve recovery has been difficult and painful, and the staff has been incredible at addressing it. For the first time I feel like I'm part of a team working to heal me. Shout out to PA's Connor and Julie, and Anna and Bruno for back office support. One more thing to consider...the practice consists of several high quality doctors that offer supporting procedures adjacent to surgery.

Review for Dr. Naidu and Dr. Su…read more Apologies for the delay in writing this review--but my gratitude has only grown with time. Thank you, Dr. Naidu, for truly changing my life. One of the things I appreciated most was how honest and transparent both you and Dr. Su were with my prognosis. Your directness allowed me to make informed decisions without false hope, while still feeling heard and respected. You didn't just prescribe a path--you listened to my concerns and worked with my choices. The main reason I chose to fly from Los Angeles--despite the costly flights and hotel stays--was because you believe in starting with conservative care before jumping to surgery. That meant everything to me. Although Dr. Su thought my lower back MRI showed serious issues, he still agreed to try epidural injections first. Thankfully, I only needed two. Those injections gave me my life back. Before meeting you both, I had been off work for six months. Every provider I saw in L.A. pushed for surgery. As a nurse, I've seen patients come back years later with even more pain after surgery. I know surgical techniques have evolved, but I wasn't ready to take that step without a team I could trust--and I trust you both. Just three weeks after my first injection, I returned to work. I'm on my feet 12 hours a day, and I was finally able to do it again. Thank you--truly. My husband got his wife back. My kids got their mother back. Before treatment, I looked and felt ten years older. Now, I feel like myself again. I had been managing well with just Tylenol and ibuprofen for the occasional mild pain. But I made the mistake of seeing a chiropractor recently, and everything changed. My MD ordered a new MRI, and now both my neck and lower back are flaring up again. So--my next visit with you is already booked for August, flights and hotel included. I'm hopeful once again. Lastly, Dr. Naidu--thank you for fitting me in on my first consultation. When I look back, we laugh now about how I begged you to give me that first injection right away. You told me to be there at 8 a.m. because you had a small gap in your schedule--but what you didn't know is that I was already parked outside your building by 7 a.m. I wasn't going to miss that appointment. Best decision I ever made. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! Dr. Su--I'll never forget when you looked at my MRI and said, "Oh no... your back is messed up. The epidural won't give much benefit." You had such a straight face that I thought to myself, Oh no... if he can't help me, I'm in deep sh--. But despite that, you still advocated for me. You spoke to Dr. Naidu, and he gave me a life-changing injection. THANK YOU. Just two injections--and I've been doing well ever since! Please, don't give me that look again when you see my MRI this time. Words alone can't express how grateful I am. Thank you.

Celestine charged me $250 per hour for our four scheduled sessions, which I thought was pretty steep. However, I valued the referral, and her experience in my industry (event production). Unfortunately she turned out to be fraudulent and was not able to provide the services I requested. After accepting payment up front, she cancelled half of my sessions and refused to speak to me about the reasons why, even after several requests. Furthermore, our sessions were very poor, much worse than therapists who charged the market rate in the Bay Area of $150/hour. It did not seem she had adequate training in basic psychotherapy and hypnotherapy, and she often made outlandish claims in our sessions which made me uncomfortable.
