It brings me no pleasure it writing such a horrible review for any family owned business, but this…read moreexperience has left such a sour taste in my mouth I must write about it. My experience started by me telling Bill I did not want to get the entire house cleaned because I simply could not afford it. Bill went ahead and called my landlord (who wasn't paying the tab) and went by the landlords instructions to clean the entire house when I specifically told him not to because I knew the rest of the house did not need cleaning, plus I could not afford it. I voiced to Bill very clearly 2 separate times my concern over the price and not being able to afford cleaning the whole place. Then when I walk in 30 minutes into him cleaning he is upstairs cleaning the bedrooms (I told him to only do the living room) and he goes on saying my landlord told him to do the whole house...again the landlord is not the customer so I don't know why he would listen to him over me. Anyways I tell him stop cleaning upstairs and just clean the living room and then he tells me that it is $240 to clean the whole house, and he has a $225 minimum charge. This really pissed me off because if I was concerned about the $240 being too expensive he obviously should have mentioned on one of the two occasions that the service will be AT LEAST $225 DOLLARS. So I let him clean the whole house for 15 dollars extra instead of one room that accounts for about 10% of the total carpet in the house (the math doesn't add up on that). He verbally guarantees me two SEPARATE TIMES that the carpet will look brand new when he is done. The carpet looks the exact same, it looks absolutely terrible. I told him it looks the exact same and he goes on to tell me its because of the type of carpet it is (made from recycled materials) and that that kind of carpet never cleans well. You'd think for bragging about being in business so long he wouldn't make guarantees he knows he can't deliver on. I will be refuting his charge with my bank. Bill operates his business in bad faith and I would never use his service or recommend him to anyone, including my father-in-law and I hate that guy.

However, I could not get past the person answering the phone. I always like to give people another chance but since corresponding with them is impossible than I have no option but to go elsewhere. Doesn't cleaning fee include floor scrubbing? They also charged us $100 to paint a concrete 20 sq ft patio. I would stick to what you are good at and leave the cleaning and painting to the professionals. Overall I would not use such a shady and unscrupulous business that is ripping off their clients.

I had my…read morecarpets and couch cleaned by his company and I was shocked at how fairly priced it was for my budget. I was a bit disappointed that some stains (from beer - super bowl) spilt on my couch and the two younger guys that initially came out seemed to work very hard but for some reason could not get the stain out. After they left and the couch dried, I called Richard and asked him if there was a product or any other way I could get the stains out. He asked if he could stop by and take a look. I replied sure. He showed up the following day on time and spent at least 30 minutes of his personal time in efforts to remove the stain entirely and he did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company. I took advantage of a promotion and I couldn't believe I paid so much less than I've been paying in years. I'm very impressed. I know he's very busy - but for him to come out personally and address the issue with no additional fee - brings back my hope in mankind. Because there is a world full of scanners everywhere these days. It feels great to NOT have to deal another scammer out there. Richard is the real deal! Thank you Richard! Dora

Jurek the owner was really flexible on time and scheduling the cleaning Service basing on my busy schedule. I've tried other cleaning companies before but I highly recommend you use this one! I have not been happier. The reason I think they did a good job is they are extremely detail oriented, friendly, asks questions and did not cut any corners at all. My whole shower we scrubbed down including the drain. The gentleman removed everything from my bathroom counter to clean, the sink is cleaned, the mirror, toilet but mainly the shower I was very impressed. My stove was take apart to clean! She even took off the knobs for the stove to clean and wipe down! She also wiped down every cabinet AND the corners I've never seen any other cleaners do that. They properly vacuumed (move everything off the ground ) and mopped. Not like other cleaners I have used where they vacuum and mop around my stuff. Also ensured me all products used is pet friendly. I would definitely call and use them again
