It took three weeks just to get a simple quote, and I had to escalate the matter to her manager just to get it completed. I ended up paying $4,461 for a year of business liability insurance, only to find a comparable policy from another provider just days later--at half the cost. I canceled Navion's policy just 10 days in, and it took them over three months to issue a partial refund of only $2,535. This means I paid nearly $2,000 for just 10 days of coverage--a huge financial loss. To make matters worse, I later discovered that Navion keeps 25% of your premium once you sign, and charges excessive broker fees. These costs were buried in the fine print and never clearly disclosed upfront. In my 25 years of dealing with insurance companies, I've never experienced charges like this upon cancellation. This entire process felt misleading, unprofessional, and like a complete rip-off. I would strongly caution others to read the fine print carefully and consider other options before doing business with Navion.
