For over 10 years, Julia has been been providing me with outstanding customer service. Saw the great reviews on Yelp and decided to call for a quote. I spoke to Nancy, which is rare to speak to the actual agent. She took the information about the house but when it came time to give the info about our cars, she said she would get it through email. I was very taken back about that. I had all of the info in front of me and was ready. I do realize giving a quote takes up a lot of time on both the agent and potential client. It took a couple days just to receive the homeowners quote, unlike the other companies I called, they were able to give me a quote within an hour or at least by the end of the day. Nancy did send the email asking for our car info and I filled out all that she asked and sent it back within the hour. In the email with the homeowners quote, Nancy assured me that she'd get the car quote to me soon. The next week rolled around and I still hadn't gotten the car quote. She did reach out via email to see where I was in my decision. By then I had already gotten better quotes and more attentive cs experience from other agencies. I'm glad others had a great experience working with Nancy but I didn't, unfortunately. read more

I discovered this insurance office when I was obtaining proof of insurance for a client of mine. I dealt with Nancy and she was so efficient, nice and prompt that I ended up switching my insurance over to her a few days later. That was over two years ago and the service is still impeccable! Nancy has not only responded to me quickly whenever Ive reached out to her but she's also managed to save me money!! My policy is now cheaper than with my prior insurance co and it's better coverage. We've been spending the past week talking to different insurance brokers and companies trying to find the best car insurance for our somewhat complicated situation. Most of these brokers would inundate us with e-mails and phone calls, either offering us the state minimum just to reel us in with a cheap price to get our money, or trying to justify their higher quotes with lame reasons that we almost believed. Then we found Nancy who explained the coverage she recommended for us to get, gave her reasoning for why she recommended it, and then found the best rate for us (she even compared it to other rates she found).
