Do not do business with this office!! Shelly is a horrible person and does not know what she is doing. My family have been doing business with Shelly for more than 30 years, and all I can say is that she screwed my family over and over again. Now that I am adult and understand life and car insurance policies, we realize that they have been cheating us. We are in the process of taking our business else where. she is losing 6 life insurance policies, as well as 3 car insurance policies from us. Do yourself a favor and don't even step foot into her door or call her. I am going to report her. Smh shame on me and my family for not taking action sooner. read more

Untruthful, deceiving, and dishonest are the words that I will use to describe this business. Although Farmers is a big name in insurance, doesn't mean that it has the right product or insurance policy that fits you. My family brought auto and life insurance from Shelley for 10+ years and just find out it's a rip off! My dad's car was totaled in an accident, it should be remove from the policy (why pay insurance on a car not exist?), but Shelley keep the policy for another 6 months, which do nothing but cost more money. Life insurance is worst, when my family brought the whole life insurance from Shelley 10+ years ago, she claimed that this plan is wonderful, it can save money, you don't have to make payment after 10 years blah blah blah, but the truth is, the COI (cost of insurance) is so high, the saving won't cover the insurance cost and 10 years later, we end up with almost nothing! My mom has no choice but to discontinue the life insurance. For those of you who have life insurance will know how horrible it is to cancel a life insurance plan after 10 years with little money left in the saving plan. It's like the Bernard Madoff scam in the insurance industry! When we try to confront with her of course she denied everything. "it's the way it is...", "every insurance are the same...". Luckily my fiancé has some knowledge about insurance so I know when she is talking BS. read more

She so nice and she help me a lot of car and home insurance and try to help me to get the discount

I have work with many different insurance agents for other coverage and I found Shelley and her team provide the best customer service. Shelley and Jenny are always on top of my request whenever I have questions or need fast response. My HOA insurance is under Allstate and they screwed up many time during the escrow process. I have to ended up ask Shelley to step in and provide the information that escrow is needed. Shelley able to turn around the information in a few hours but Allstate can't provide the information in 10 days, that's totally unacceptable. I realize it's how important to have your best insurance agent to work with when you are in the urgent need. read more

I can't say enough good things about my experience with this agency. I have a hard time believing that there's any truth to some of the crude comments left below because the experience that my friends, family, and I have had has been nothing but positive. Shelley treats us like family. Beyond offering us competitive rates and responding almost immediately whenever we have any questions or concerns (even while she's on vacation), she takes the time to get know each of us personally. When my sister had her first child, Shelley had a thoughtful gift (an outfit for a newborn!) handpicked for us when we visited. I feel well taken care of with this agency and it's this sort of above and beyond service that provides the reassurance that should anything happen, we're in good hands. read more

I searched for the new home insurance policy at the beginning of this year because my previous home insurance stop renewing my policy with thinking my home location is in the potential fire zone. Among all the agents who provided the quotes, Shelley is the only one who explained each item and spent lots of time to match the coverage with our economic condition. She did care her customer by listening our needs and did her best to help you. It is hard to find the agent like her now. read more

Shelley is the best agent you can possibly find. I've been with Shelley for years. All of my family's insurance are from her agency. She always give me the best advice and recommendations for what I am asking for. Customize policy in my best interest. With my true experience, I always call Shelley first before I call farmers. My wife crashed her car very badly last week on I-5 in a stormy night. When I called Shelley, it was very late. She responded immediately and took care of everything. She made the claim process felt so easy. I can't say enough thanks to her. When I need her, she is always on my side like a family. Shelley is the agent you can count on and put your trust in. read more

Having an insurance agent who has your best interest in my is very important and that's why we moved our insurance over to Shelley many years ago. She was able to help us obtain the best options which fits our budget. The main reason we like her is her honest and whole hearted approach to your individual needs. Shelley and her entire staff gives you the attention which makes you feel like it's important. They are good about following up and helping resolving issues. read more

one of my new goals in life is to be okay with telling someone they're wrong and demanding my money back. I need to voice my opinion. not just for myself, but for others, so they don't go through a similar ordeal. i feel for the person who messed up. but it's not my fault they did something wrong. I should not have to absorb that cost as a consumer. if you tell me you will give me a discount for having my degree, you should not be able to do take backs for the past four months after finding out you gave me an incorrect discount. who's fault is that? only yours. I agreed to the discounted price. I found a better price and only stayed with you, my current service, bc you agreed to bring down your price. back dating my bill and charging me for something I did not agree to is deceitful and very poor taste. I understand that you were trying to be nice in getting me the best deal, thank you. but I was always truthful about the title of my degree and was given a discount. if you were unsure about the discount you should have been upfront about it and not given it in the first place. I am extremely unhappy with this service. after hearing about my charged card I left a voicemail at 6:30 am with my policy number and phone number. I called at 9am and 9:05am but there was no answer even though you open at 9am. I did not receive a call back. I had to call back after 11am and no one apologized for not returning my call. saying that it's common practice to back-charge does not make it right. don't shrug your shoulders at me and blame it on another department's policy. read more

Very good service here, Shelley is a nice agent, she gave me a lot suggestions and help.

I was referred to Shelley Liu's agency several years ago by a friend who shared glowing reviews of her experience working with Shelley and I can confidently say that Shelley and her staff completely live up to and even exceed those expectations. The agency currently handles 2 auto and 3 life insurance policies for me and my family and I cannot imagine going elsewhere for my insurance needs. Shelley truly cares that we are well protected, rather than selling us any policies we don't need. She has the foresight and patience to suggest and explain optimal options for our needs, and I know that she has my best interests in mind. She's definitely the type of agent you want in your corner. read more

As a first year driver and getting insurance from here, I'm going to say that these people are pretty honest. At the same time, I got into a car accident, and the people in there straight up told me what was going to happen and told me the truth of what's really going on during the process of reporting it. When the people call back from the claim centers, they were annoyed me very much. But overall, they have a pretty good price for first young drivers, especially for those who have parents that do not drive. read more

My family and I have known Shelley Liu for over a decade and Shelley and this agency epitomize quality customer service. When it comes to insurance, more important than the price of premiums is the peace of mind that comes with knowing that in the case of unforeseen disasters, I will have a trusted agent handling any concerns. When my car was broken into several years ago, Shelley and her staff went out of their way to make sure my claim was sorted out - treating it like a priority and championing my needs. Shelley is incredibly personable, warm, and knowledgeable and I know that whenever any issues arise, I can easily give her a call and have all concerns sorted promptly. I know that whatever my need, they can address it comprehensively, while also making sure I'm getting the best deal possible. And on top of being a reliable agent, Shelley genuinely CARES. She's always willing to patiently listen to my concerns - insurance related and otherwise - and it's so refreshing to be able to have a friendly face to turn to, especially in moments of crisis. read more
