They were perfectly busy showing this was the spot to be but still places to sit and eat. The restaurant was clean, with the employees constantly checking on guests and cleaning up as one left. I had a sampler like platter. That gave me 5 different items-pupusa, Gordita, chili relleno, taco plancha, and taco lloraras. I was full after the first three. I have a snack for later with the other two. If you are looking for local food, this place is it. Next time I fly down I will have to come here again.

I'm a huge migas fan and never thought to try chilaquiles. This place did not disappoint. I added eggs, chorizo and avocado with half green and half red sauce. I was surprised to get each adding in an individual stack. I managed to get my egg yolk over the avocado and chorizo. The food was really good, just not what I expected. The flautas de papa were a great buy. Instead of using a corn or flour tortilla to mop up my plate, I was able to use the flauta and with the papa in it, they were like little sponges soaking up all the leftovers

The service team was hands down fantastic. We had two different coffee drinks that were great. Probably best biscuits n gravy I've ever had and the biscuit were wonderfully flavored along with the sausage gravy- a diff take on it but the flavor was outstanding

As soon as I walked in, I knew it was gonna be good. The place had a good size crowd. Got here right before lunch rush, so I was able to get my food fast. Everything they have on the menu is pictured on a wall with all the names. I decided to get the tacos reynosa and waited about 5 to 10 min for them to be delivered to my table. Waitress left a ticket for 10.99 for the tacos and 2.29 for limonada. Which was pretty good it was about 5 tacos on the plate stuffed to the rim. The flavor was good. I would come back next tome for the papa asada con Carne or the sincronizado

I was a little disappointed with what I got though. There was no powdered sugar, they did not provide any syrup (on the side would have been good), and it was generally bland. The sausage patty I am almost certain was the same you could find at the grocery store, Jimmy Dean sausage pattys, they come in 8 packs... Unlike just about anywhere I have had breakfast, including side of the road diners in the middle of nowhere I was not offered a refill on my coffee. I should've asked though because I was double charged for all the drinks at my table. They were only $3 each (the coffee too) so not a big deal. As for ambience the place has a really great vibe and they even had a performer playing spanish guitar. The place got pretty full but I am not sure why. I don't plan on visiting again and I cant give my recommendation for them with this experience but try them out if you will. You may have a better experience.

When we asked about it, the staff just shrugged and said those prices are from 4 years ago even though they're still handing the old menus out. We got two milanesa tortas at $12 each, and added a drink and curly fries to one for an extra $5. Honestly, it's totally overpriced for what you get. The "order" of curly fries was literally like 15 fries total, and the milanesa itself was overcooked and lacked any real flavor. Definitely won't be coming back.

Clean, friendly and enjoyable food…read more This place serves good traditional plates from Mexico and my favorite thing was the quality of the café de olla. Unfortunately, I was too stuffed from chilaquiles that I wasn't able to partake but a must next time for me. While we were there we were able to experience the staff celebrating a birthday for another customer that was fun, having them start with La Maňanitas, with a joyful spin of them singing Happy Birthday, followed up with 50 cent verse from "in da club" It was fun to watch and be there for that. The price is right in that mid-range between $11-30 for a meal with drinks which is similar all around. This place fell short on the chicharrones and grilled chicken. There was nothing wrong, just expected a better taste and quality for the pricing. Grilled chicken was better once I put more hot sauce and the chicharrones tasted like they were from a store bought bag. Beyond that I look forward to trying another meal and trying their bakery goods next time
