Tried to start ceremony 15 minutes early as bride and photographer wanted to get outside photos during pause in rain and were shut down. NO. Not happening. We managed a few photos post ceremony and skies opened. Observe cocktail tables in dance area during cocktail hour but no one from venue escorted or guided guests to that room so dining room was used. Not pleased. Saw two appetizers shrimp tossed on a plate and Costco-style spanikopita. I know I paid for the Platinum Package and son said he had a beef Wellington. Will take his word for it. Oh, asked for a Coke prior to ceremony and was told I can have lemonade or water. Okey dokey. No wine poured with dinner. Rolls served after salads finished. Father's meal served 12 minutes after others at the table. And cold. Father was also informed he wasn't on their schedule for speech and had to wait till they got around to pouring champagne. He informed representative that that was just not going to happen and adjust their time line. Quite honestly, fortunate my husband didn't totally lose his mind by then. Good thing I ordered dessert platters for all tables in addition to cake as our cake was cleared before we had a chance to eat it. There appeared to be a mas rush to clear so staff could get home and this was not yet 9.30pm. If on a budget, I see the charm. If it is sunny, perhaps different experience and perhaps they will learn to be more fluid and flexible with their timelines. Roof leaked as well. Left a cocktail table on already cozy dance floor. Cocktail table was there to collect the rain water so it wouldn't puddle on floor. You really couldn't make all this up. I do have a great florist recommendation, though. I really enjoyed it, and the pork belly was such a good addition and made it a little different from your typical grilled chicken Cobb salad. The vegetables were fresh, and I would definitely order this again. The only downside for us was the wait for our food. We waited well over an hour for our entrees. Our waiter was good about keeping us updated and explained that the kitchen/tickets were backed up. He continued to reassure us that our food was coming, which I appreciated. Nicole said the owner, Nikki was absolutely wonderful, super accommodating, set up all the decorations, ordered the pizza, and just organized everything so well. I think she had a few other instructors or helped but for the most part, she did everything by herself. When we first arrived, the kids got to run around a bit and play with all the equipment. They had tons of play mats scattered around the room, a small ball pit, rings, parallel bars, high bars, zip lining, and a few other small kids activities. Our group had kids that varied in ages from 2-16 years old. Many of the parents, super young and the older kids were just hanging around watching the other kids play. The area is spacious and clean. Nikki would gather the kids to do different activities such as zip lining, parachute and tumbling. Then she would allow them a break in between and let them go play on their own. Once the pizza arrived, the kids got to go into the birthday room and eat and drink. They had enough pizza for some of the parents too. Then kids went to play and we gathered the kids to sing happy birthday and cut the cake. I think with the party, you invite the guests and bring a cake. They take care of everything else! What was supposed to be a beautiful wedding day was cut short because the venue shut the wedding down, and we did not even get to stay for the entire event. One staff member in particular--the shorter woman working that day--had an extremely rude and hostile attitude toward our guests. Rather than communicating professionally or attempting to de-escalate the situation, she called the police and claimed that the bride had threatened her, which was not what we witnessed. She also accused us of planning to leave with open bottles when we were not even leaving the property. What made this especially disturbing was that our group is made up of proud immigrants and people of color. Having the police called on us in the middle of a wedding over accusations that we believed were untrue made everyone feel incredibly unsafe and unwelcome. Everyone in our group has proper legal status, but that did not erase the fear and discomfort created by suddenly having law enforcement brought into what should have been a celebration. Based on our experience, if you are anything other than white, I would be extremely cautious about booking this venue. I can only speak to what we personally experienced, but the way our group was treated left us feeling singled out, uncomfortable, and disrespected. We understand that venues have rules and staff have the right to enforce them. What we do not understand is why the situation needed to be handled with such hostility and escalated to the point of involving police and ultimately ending someone's wedding early. A wedding is something people spend months or even years planning and thousands of dollars celebrating. No bride, groom, family, or group of guests should have their night end this way. What should have been a beautiful memory instead became an upsetting experience that many of us will remember for all the wrong reasons.

We hosted a work event at the boathouse here and it was super nice. The estate looks out over a huge lake so the views are stunning, and it's really lovely to be outside and enjoy nature. The main house area is huge and could host a lot of people. It has a cobblestone courtyard area that lights up at night and it's all so quaint. The grounds are kept meticulous by workers and all of it is so quality and nice. Everyone we worked with from the Adams Estate were also super friendly and helpful.

Orlando definitely lacks good venue rental options for larger events, so I'm happy to see this new option. It's located right in front of the Florida Mall, so there was plenty of parking, but they also offered a valet service which was very helpful. I like that it is a 2-floor open concept so you still feel connected to what's happening downstairs, but you're able to break up the crowd a bit. I believe there were about 400 people in attendance and it never felt overly congested. I can definitely see this becoming a popular wedding and party venue and there are so many ways to get creative with the space and tailor it to your individualized needs.
