CPV has been our HOA's management company for a few years, and we are so happy. Before CPV, we went…read morethrough multiple companies, and were always disappointed. CPV is the first company that delivers on every front, and their staff is so kind. Our manager, Aaron L., is exceptional. He is very knowledgable, experienced, resourceful, efficient, proactive, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Their fee is quite fair and competitive. Personal, competent, consistent service. Highly recommend CPV!

This is our home owners association. I pride myself with following rules and guidelines. I first…read morereceived a violation that was not even for my house. I had to get that corrected . I complained about people parking in front or by my home and I was told to go hunting for where they lived so they can address the fine. I received a current violation without warnings. They stated I received two courtesy letters which we never received. The letter received already assessed a fine. Our neighbors and neighborhood doesn't follow any of our guidelines. People still park in the streets and by our house all the time. Trash cans never get put in back yards and stay in front of peoples homes. Garages are still used for living spaces . I got a fine for tree branches hitting our home. For a company that prides in customer service has ineffective communication with home owners who actually follow the rules but there are homeowners that continue to have non maintanced yards and trash bins in front of their yard.

I live in Golden Hills in Mesa AZ. The HOA Heywood Community Management on their website has the…read moreattached (below) Golden Hills community resale document for realtors and buyers. IF YOU BUY HERE, DO NOT JOIN THE FAKE HOA AND PAY THE STUPID FEE! IT'S A VOLUNTARY HOA AND IT IS NOT MANDATORY YOU PAY!! The PROBLEM IS that is extremely misleading as joining the HOA is 100% VOLUNTARY and Buyers do NOT have to pay that $1000.00 fee they have listed at closing! I find it extremely duplicitous and deceitful that they act like it's a Mandatory HOA, yet it's completely Voluntary! There are no dues and no common properties that the HOA maintains. Heywood states on the document, "Is there an HOA?" and they respond and I quote, "YES, the membership fee is one-time payment of $1000, payable upon closing. This provides membership for a long as the buyer owns that property and allow participation in all HOA programs." This technically should state NO, but if buyer chooses, they can opt-in to a Voluntary HOA for that one-time fee of $1000.00. They have no programs and as far as I know they only hold their volunteer "Homeowners Meetings" 8 times a year and that's IT. Between the Home Owners Group Board and the Heywood Management company, they've been playing this game for YEARS without correcting this "flyer" of information to Realtors or potential buyers. They should be ashamed and all the residents in Golden Hills should be sure to inform potential buyers and realtors!
