Our rat problem has been reduced from severe to minimal (acknowledging that complete elimination may not be possible due to our location near an alley). I was doing research and found that this Procraft Pest Control had decent reviews and wanted to try them out. I signed a year-long contract with ProCraft Pest Control and already regret it. My first service in October went fine and focused on the interior of my apartment with some exterior, which is what I initially requested. I later realized the price I was quoted required signing a year contract. I agreed to it for the reduced rate, even though that was not what I originally wanted. The issues started with my second visit. They came on the scheduled date (Tuesday 1/27) but only provided a time window, not an exact appointment. That day, someone rang my doorbell once and by the time I checked, no one was there, so I assumed it was a delivery. I later found out it was Patrick, the ProCraft employee. They went ahead and sprayed only the exterior WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, which Luke confirmed when he followed up with me on Friday 1/30. I specifically requested interior service with some exterior, not exterior only. Luke apologized for the miscommunication, but I do not appreciate the lack of communication or integrity from this company. They rescheduled the service for next week, but my card still has the charge for the service that has NOT been performed. Unless you are okay being charged for services you did not receive, I would not recommend ProCraft Pest Control. I was also told a refund was processed, which I still have not received.

I live in Glendora and my backyard is surrounded by ivy brick walls.  While beautiful, the bugs…read morelove it too.  I really had a bad breakout of crickets that were getting into the den of the house.  In Jan 2026, I contacted 1st Stryke Pest Control regarding this issue and Ritchie came out and looked at my problem.  Not only did they spray indoors and outdoors, but they also pointed out a possible problem with my old garage air vents that could be the point of entry of where the crickets are getting into the den.  They recommended sealing off those vents, which we did.  With their insect solution and this recommendation, my cricket problem was cured!!!  No more crickets inside the den.  I now have them come every other month to spray the exterior.  I'm also hoping by this spraying, we will see a decrease in mosquitos this summer.   1st Stryke Pest and Termite Control are professional, reliable and trusted.
