The owner often responded with a smirk and a condescending tone when questions were asked, which made communication feel disrespectful and unhelpful. A worker also filmed me during the interaction, which was unprofessional and intrusive. My hose was unnecessarily removed from the spigot during the job without asking, causing damage to the connector that had to be replaced. Scheduling was also poorly handled--I called in April and was told planting after Mother's Day would be fine, but the work was delayed and not completed until almost summer. Overall, due to poor communication, lack of professionalism, property handling issues, delays, and high pricing, I would strongly not recommend this company.

What's not to love about a little roadside farmer's market? The selection was small but everything was super fresh. The small sugar pumpkins were only $2 each so I maybe went a little nutso but I was feeling the almost Halloween pressure. I also got a few sweet potatoes and a couple acorn squash. The sweet potatoes made for a delicious dinner tonight and I am sure the acorn squash will be just as delish. They had a few fall decorations, some bottled honey and apple cider, etc. A little bit of all the fall things. I'll need to remember to make a stop again the next time I am making my way down this path!

I found them one day in NYC, learned about them from a floral designer, bc they have all kinds of rare orchids and have an awesome reputation, I didn't realize they were basically my neighbors! Their orchids are local, and because they're not being shipped all over the blooms last FOREVER, I'm talking 6 months, better than a Wegman's orchid and same price. They are extremely friendly and passionate and will help you learn if you are new to growing orchids.. They grow so many rare varieties and hybridize their own. It's super fun just to visit and walk around their greenhouse for a weekend afternoon

The numbers and letters on the stick in the plant are: SO below that 1899 below that 7-15 and below that a line and then what looks like 5 + 17 ? If it helps it was in a very small bot for the size of the plant and root bound as I repotted it right away and it's a good thing I did because there was a lot of dead roots because the bot was so small! I hope this information will help to identify the plant name! By the way the gentlemen the gave the talk was very informative an I believe he was a son of the owner, and he said he was doing the lab work himself for the company! I requested, if possible, to split the 9 yards as I have a circular driveway and would be easier for my worker. As I attempted to leave my home for a scheduled doctor appointment, to my surprise, I found both entrances totally blocked with mulch! I immediately called the office and explained the situation. The owner, Jerry, clearly stated there was nothing he could do about it. I voiced my concern about not being able to exit my home in the event of an emergency. I suggested perhaps the driver whom was only 10 minutes away could come back and make a path. I was so taken with his "I don't care" attitude especially being an owner. What is more disappointing was his lack of respect. His nasty tone thinking he is superior to everyone else. I wonder if he is this disrespectful to his workers. Jerry, you have alot to learn apparently about customer service and truly you are a poor excuse for a man!!

I saw the leaves of the plant dying few days after getting it home and sent a message to the owner who said "it is normal and old leaves are dying." Hence I kept it with my other plants and in the next few days all my plants had spider mites. I have my herbs growing since 2 years with no problem and lost the harvest to the spider mites. Unfortunately I did not realize this sooner. I got medication, watered the plant and spent hours everyday trying to clean each leaf of every plant I not only spent over a 100$ on those plants that didn't last but it killed some of my existing plants (4 to be precise).

I had a number of small issues that probably individually would not have been problematic (scheduling/timing issues, lack of response to email, lack of response to specific requests, lack of apparent plan). As they began to accumulate, I attempted multiple times to reach out to diffuse the situation and work on a resolution. And again no resolution was made despite multiple attempts. The only response I did get was basically placating me without giving me any solutions. The final straw for me was that they charged me for the services without my approval and without confirming that the job was complete, which, for my opinion, it wasn't because I was dissatisfied with the services and no one had provided me with a resolution
