No warning, no conversation, nothing. Just attitude and rudeness like he owned the place. When my boyfriend calmly asked why, Isaac kept repeating "because I said so." That is not how you treat customers, especially people who come in every day on long hauls. We both felt uncomfortable and disrespected, and the fact that nobody else stepped in to explain anything made it even worse. If this is how they handle guests, I'm honestly shocked the place is still running.
