Most everyone has always made me feel comfortable, however the older lady that works there seems either extremely tired or absolutely hates her job. I try and figure out when she's not there so I can save myself the headache no one in her line she told me to use the self checkout that she was busy , Im 70 years old and don't use self checkout and rather not. This isn't the 1st time she's made me so upset. I really think I'd rather take the drive to Camillus . I can't wait until Stewart's arrives. I'd talk to the GM but a gentleman told me it's a waste of time, apparently they're best of friends outside of work. They lost a nice chunk of bussiness when they lost me.

There no reason to deny service as literally everyone's IDs were scanable. My ID and the other person's ID are totally fine everywhere else because they didn't expire and the actual DMV said that they would work. This is not the first time something like this has happened. No one was underage and everyone's IDs scanned but she refused to scan them. The same employee has done this to me and several other on many occasions. Please allow people to scan their valid IDs before embarrassing in front an entire store for no reason.

The cashiers were friendly and very helpful because I of course, didn't remember to look to see what pump I was at, and they looked on the 12 cameras that they had that observed the store, the bathrooms and the gas pumps outside as well as the surrounding of the gas station to see where my car was and when I pay for my gas, he asked me that I want a receipt and I just really appreciate it. The attention that they gave and they were very friendly. It was very nice especially at the hours that I went. I think I went there like 11:45 and which in that area of Syracuse New York is not very comforting, but they made me feel very secure and I really appreciated that.!!

This is an excellent gas station right in the heart of downtown Syracuse, which I like to use because it's usually not too busy - even though they don't have many pumps. But it also often has cheaper gas than the whole of the downtown area, so It's a place where I will always stop and get gas if I'm not sure where the cheap stuff is. They almost never have expensive prices here compared to others in the area. I give them massive credit for that. While you are getting gas here please consider going over to Strong Hearts and getting yourself an incomparable Cesar Chavez milkshake. It's one of the best you'll ever have. Try a blueberry cupcake while you're there as well. Now I'll let you get on with your day. Remember, the Speedway is not the way.

As a former employee, I was disappointed with my experience. The wash itself was absolutely worth…read morethe money, and everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the detailing service. After picking up my car, there was still dog slobber on the inside of the windows and paw prints left on the seats. The exterior also didn't appear to receive the finishing touches I expected--it wasn't hand-wiped after the wash, and no tire shine was applied. Having worked there, I've seen vehicles come into the detail shop in much worse condition than mine and leave looking spotless. That's why I was especially surprised and disappointed with the quality of the work on my car. I understand that no detail is perfect, but I expected a much more thorough job, especially for a paid detailing service. While I would definitely recommend the car wash, I don't feel the detail shop provided the value I paid for.
