Mesa Store 110 I…read morewould like to take a moment to recognize Stephanie, the cashier, for the way she handled a very difficult situation during my recent visit. The weight machine at her register was not working, and Stephanie was trying to figure out what was causing the problem. Despite the situation and the growing line of customers, she remained calm and professional. She did not allow her frustration to show or create any negative atmosphere for the customers. I want you to know that Stephanie's calm and positive demeanor made a real difference to me. Honestly, because of the way she handled the situation, I decided not to leave my shopping cart and take my business to another store. I also want to recognize another employee who provided me with excellent help in the bulk section. I was looking for oat bran and some other ingredients, and this gentleman took the time to help me understand the labels on the bulk items. He also explained that I could have an item ordered by the case if I needed that quantity. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, but I wanted to make sure his efforts were acknowledged. He didn't have to go out of his way to help me, but because he was observant and attentive, he noticed that I needed assistance and helped me find what I was looking for--and even gave me additional information that was very helpful. Please let both of them know that their kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help were noticed and genuinely appreciated.

Great fast lines during the day I always have the wonderful ladies help. I get Similac they are…read morelocked so I usually go to costumer service to ask for them. At night they don't have it past 7pm. I go towards the baby isle it's locked and of course most of the employees are in the middle stocking or doing their job. No button system to ask for help. So I get whatever else I need and head to the line. I usually don't feel a certain way but I'm pregnant and I simply asked my cashier Lance to get them since they are locked. He comes back makes a comment about "you do know you can get these before hand?" when he seen me go to the costumer service section first. If someone was around I would have asked I'm not wandering the whole store to find someone if I can just ask my cashier for a simple request. Apart from that I usually go here and never have problems when I ask other cashiers mainly the ladies.

It was nice to browse while waiting for my number to be called to order my tea. I was so tempted by all of the fun drinks that they have on the menu, but I stuck to what I came in for the decaf flavored teas. Today I went with a blueberry lavender and it is so delicious and such a pretty color. I also love how great of a deal it is for a 32 ounce large tea. The staff was also very friendly, and they were also working very hard to help every customer who was trying to get a bakery item or drink. I also love the outside patio area with a very pretty fountain and seating area. I will definitely be back for more tea in the future.

I shopped there all the time it seems like there's products aren't as good as they used to be when I buy produce. I try and buy as fresh as I can, I even buy underwrite so that it's not over ripe and my vegetables are not lasting as long as they used to. It's like you're buying them old, even though they don't look old because they're not lasting and I do all the tricks and everything to keep my vegetables fresh and it's ridiculous.
