They stated yes we can get that done at 8:30 PM. I showed up at 8:45 and was told that the prescription was not ready when I asked hey I really need my son's prescription. I politely asked can you please do it really quick I can wait. They said yes just drive around and come back to the window. I had accidentally locked my keys and my phone in my car and when I asked if anybody can assist me with making an outbound call, they all said no. They didn't even care and they weren't even trying to help. I even asked if they could use their personal phone number to message somebody so that I didn't have to walk two hours home but they said no that they wouldn't. I went inside thinking a clerk would understand and she said that they can make outbound calls. She kept entering the number incorrectly and then told me it wasn't working. I would not recommend this Walgreens or pharmacy to anybody because not only do they not get prescriptions ready on time their customer service has always been terrible. None of them cared that it was pouring outside, none of them had compassion or even cared to help. When I looked at the pharmacist she just shook her head. I'm so upset that I had to walk two hours home to get my spare key when anybody in the store could have helped me, but they chose not to stating that the outbound calls are not made on their phones and also that they would not call my family member with their personal phone. I also discovered their Sip N Save deal where for about five bucks a month you can get a free soda every day. Great way to save money there. On the downside while they do have cheap gas their pumps seem to be down way more than they should be. Sometimes it's because they are out of gas but mostly they have issues with their card readers or the pumps themselves. I think out of every six visits there the pumps are offline. If this is the case when you stop by, the Safeway across the street has gas. The other thing to note is the schools up the street let out around 2:30 and the place gets packed with kids getting drinks.

Very nice cashier (working alone, long line) said "We've had a ticket in for days." I wish I had a dollar for every time the receipt didn't print, the car wash was down, etc. A couple of weeks ago (July) I called to see if the car wash was working. The guy said yes and sounded REALLY ticked. I think he just disconnected the call. I drove down and of course needed to get the receipt at the counter because it didn't print at the pump. He never made eye contact, was furious about being there, and hopefully has found other employment. To be clear the cashier tonight was very nice and was trying to assist as best she could, but there's not much you can do when Shell runs this place like a rinky-dink outfit.
