Very nice cashier (working alone, long line) said "We've had a ticket in for days." I wish I had a dollar for every time the receipt didn't print, the car wash was down, etc. A couple of weeks ago (July) I called to see if the car wash was working. The guy said yes and sounded REALLY ticked. I think he just disconnected the call. I drove down and of course needed to get the receipt at the counter because it didn't print at the pump. He never made eye contact, was furious about being there, and hopefully has found other employment. To be clear the cashier tonight was very nice and was trying to assist as best she could, but there's not much you can do when Shell runs this place like a rinky-dink outfit. But...it's only been SIX YEARS since my last review...I guess that's not enough time to get things fixed.

It is conveniently located on a corner with a light, so it's easy to get in and out of, and it's the first gas station on the south side of Hunt Highway at any point between the downtown QC and Florence.

So today I went to cash in a lottery ticket that I won it was for the amount of $250. I took it to…read morethe cash register and the attendant advised me that I couldn't get the $250 only $100. I was like alright I'll go to a Fry's store. I went to the new Fry's on Ellsworth and Riggs, I explained the attendant there and she stated that I was the 4th person that has happened too! She also stated that a customer brought her a scratch tix that won them $500, she scanned the tix and was already charged and no value any longer. The customer realized that the circle k employee had already charged it herself! Be careful always get your tix back even when checking them!!!

Every time I come for a soda and a quick meal nothing is stocked. Half the time I have to dig through their cabinets to find a straw or a lid. They never keep the hot meals stocked either. I have tried on multiple occasions to purchase the weekend pizza deal for dinner, but they always tell me the kitchen is closed. I went once at 5PM and they said it was closed, so I went the next week at 4PM and they said it was closed. Not sure when they have their kitchen open, but most people are not eating dinner before 4PM. Would not recommend stopping at this Circle K. (Pictures posted here were taken at 5:30PM)

This Walgreens pharmacy is the worst Walgreens pharmacy. I called an hour and a half before the…read morestore closed and asked if they had time to fill my child's prescription. They stated yes we can get that done at 8:30 PM. I showed up at 8:45 and was told that the prescription was not ready when I asked hey I really need my son's prescription. I politely asked can you please do it really quick I can wait. They said yes just drive around and come back to the window. I had accidentally locked my keys and my phone in my car and when I asked if anybody can assist me with making an outbound call, they all said no. They didn't even care and they weren't even trying to help. I even asked if they could use their personal phone number to message somebody so that I didn't have to walk two hours home but they said no that they wouldn't. I went inside thinking a clerk would understand and she said that they can make outbound calls. She kept entering the number incorrectly and then told me it wasn't working. I would not recommend this Walgreens or pharmacy to anybody because not only do they not get prescriptions ready on time their customer service has always been terrible. None of them cared that it was pouring outside, none of them had compassion or even cared to help. When I looked at the pharmacist she just shook her head. I'm so upset that I had to walk two hours home to get my spare key when anybody in the store could have helped me, but they chose not to stating that the outbound calls are not made on their phones and also that they would not call my family member with their personal phone. This store sucks don't go. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
