That is NOT good customer service! I am now into almost an hr trying to get a 5 min wash!

This place currently is getting remodeled so they moved their employees down the road to the Cenex…read moreby broadway. One employee in particular (who I believe is from India) has completely turned this store upside down. This was a store I gave my business to just about daily due to their friendly staff. That was until this particular employee made this store unbearable to even enter. Now he is making the broadway store just as unbearable. The minute you come in the front door he isn't working. He then acts like you are a burden when asked for an item behind the counter because it disrupted him blasting an episode of cops from his phone. He proceeds to make up rules of what he can sell on a day to day basis. Example: today he refused to sell me "rolls" of chew. This man himself has sold me over 20 rolls previously when he was less rude and tolerable at the other store when the broadway store was being built. Today it was a "company policy" and he couldn't sell me a roll of chew. This man's customer service is atrocious. He is beyond rude, is belligerently loud and overall just not pleasant to be around. A improvement would be getting rid of this guy period but at a minimum making him work overnights stocking shelves so he doesn't have to deal with customers since it's such a burden to him. If I could give this store zero stars just for this one employee I would. The rest of the staff is decent but there is a night and day difference from this store to the original broadway employees. Don't let this guy single handedly lose business because he feels the need to play chew god and make rules up daily. Took my business elsewhere, as should anyone reading this.

I have gone through this carwash often since they opened years ago. I haven't washed my car much…read morerecently due to winter. I went through there today, paid $21 for a Supreme Wash with Rainex. There was a long line to get in. They have 2 lanes but one was down for maintenance or some reason. So the line of cars was very long. Got up to the building and they rinsed the front of my car off. Then they did not open my door or anything but pointed at the receipt in my hand. Window was up and hard to see through. I rolled my window down so he could see my receipt. I wasn't sure the guy saw my receipt clearly. Then he walked away. I started to put my car in Neutral and saw a big pickup really close behind me. I heard a loud grinding noise from the carwash so I put my car in PARK and the guy came over yelling NEUTRAL!! He drew a capital letter N with his finger on my driver side window. I put it back into NEUTRAL. Then I went through the carwash. I did not receive a wet cloth for wiping down the inside of my car. When I got to the other end of the carwash, I stopped my car. Two guys dried my car mirrors off and opened only my driver side door, wiped the inside edge of my door, which was still dirty since no one offered me a wet cloth. They did not clean it I'm really surprised they didn't offer me a wet cloth. I did tip them a little but wasn't sure they deserved it. I understand that they were working hard to get all those cars through one lane of a 2 lane carwash. I just have never had such a bad experience in a carwash.

The manager, Dre Spite, is the most unprofessional and disgustingly rude person I've ever had the…read moremisfortune of dealing with. I do two hours of driving every day, one of which is at night, so as you can imagine, the front end of my car is plastered with bugs every day. They pressure wash the bugs off of the front each time before my car goes through the car wash. I noticed that the pressure washer was literally taking the painted finish off of my upper grille. I even have pictures of the front of my car that I had taken just a few weeks prior to getting a membership at this car wash and the grille was in perfect condition in the pictures. I filed a claim with the car wash and Dre called me. He said that he was denying my claim and that I need to file a claim with my own insurance company. It's worth mentioning that he didn't even talk to me, he didn't look at my vehicle in person or even look at a picture of the damage, and didn't let me show him any evidence before denying my claim. He simply stated that he denied it and it's out of his hands now. I tried telling him that I have pictures of the front of the car that I had taken weeks prior. He kept interrupting and becoming more hostile and disgustingly rude, stating that he wasn't interested in seeing my pictures. I literally couldn't even finish a single sentence without him interrupting me. He then said he was going to hang up on me. I called back and asked for the owner's name and number at which point he continued to interrupt me and started repeating "you want to make this personal?" He refused to give me the owner's name or phone number as well and continued to act like an immature child. Do yourself a favor and avoid this car wash all together. They refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes and the manager has no business being employed in the position he is in if he is going to treat paying customers like this. Before arriving I was told "you'll pay a little extra, but this guy gets it right the first time". And that's exactly what happened, except his pricing was very very reasonable. I came into the shop with a lot of dash lights on and an unknown engine issue. Wes found the problem and fixed it for me. Overall time was roughly an hour and a half, which is the time he told me it would take (awesome). When I was paying for the service nothing additional was added except cost of shop supplies used ($3) and he topped off coolant ($3 or so) and wiper fluid ($2 or so). They offered to drive me somewhere in town, and pick me up after, so I didn't have to sit at the shop, although the shop is VERY clean and comfortable.
