I have gone through this carwash often since they opened years ago. I haven't washed my car much recently due to winter. I went through there today, paid $21 for a Supreme Wash with Rainex. There was a long line to get in. They have 2 lanes but one was down for maintenance or some reason. So the line of cars was very long. Got up to the building and they rinsed the front of my car off. Then they did not open my door or anything but pointed at the receipt in my hand. Window was up and hard to see through. I rolled my window down so he could see my receipt. I wasn't sure the guy saw my receipt clearly. Then he walked away. I started to put my car in Neutral and saw a big pickup really close behind me. I heard a loud grinding noise from the carwash so I put my car in PARK and the guy came over yelling NEUTRAL!! He drew a capital letter N with his finger on my driver side window. I put it back into NEUTRAL. Then I went through the carwash. I did not receive a wet cloth for wiping down the inside of my car. When I got to the other end of the carwash, I stopped my car. Two guys dried my car mirrors off and opened only my driver side door, wiped the inside edge of my door, which was still dirty since no one offered me a wet cloth. They did not clean it I'm really surprised they didn't offer me a wet cloth. I did tip them a little but wasn't sure they deserved it. I understand that they were working hard to get all those cars through one lane of a 2 lane carwash. I just have never had such a bad experience in a carwash. read more

The manager, Dre Spite, is the most unprofessional and disgustingly rude person I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I do two hours of driving every day, one of which is at night, so as you can imagine, the front end of my car is plastered with bugs every day. They pressure wash the bugs off of the front each time before my car goes through the car wash. I noticed that the pressure washer was literally taking the painted finish off of my upper grille. I even have pictures of the front of my car that I had taken just a few weeks prior to getting a membership at this car wash and the grille was in perfect condition in the pictures. I filed a claim with the car wash and Dre called me. He said that he was denying my claim and that I need to file a claim with my own insurance company. It's worth mentioning that he didn't even talk to me, he didn't look at my vehicle in person or even look at a picture of the damage, and didn't let me show him any evidence before denying my claim. He simply stated that he denied it and it's out of his hands now. I tried telling him that I have pictures of the front of the car that I had taken weeks prior. He kept interrupting and becoming more hostile and disgustingly rude, stating that he wasn't interested in seeing my pictures. I literally couldn't even finish a single sentence without him interrupting me. He then said he was going to hang up on me. I called back and asked for the owner's name and number at which point he continued to interrupt me and started repeating "you want to make this personal?" He refused to give me the owner's name or phone number as well and continued to act like an immature child. Do yourself a favor and avoid this car wash all together. They refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes and the manager has no business being employed in the position he is in if he is going to treat paying customers like this. First experience was not good. Bumper, mud flaps dirty, under side of receiver dusty, water spots. Paid $21.00 for Supreme and rainx, did not believe I received wat I paid for. Most of the vehicle is clean, just missed too many areas for a higher priced wash. About the same experience as you would expect from a basic gas station wash. read more

I went through the Fastlane Carwash in Minot, ND with a windshield full of every dead bug This has to be the BEST wash I have ever experienced. Not one bug left on window plus they also hand dried my vehicle after I went through the dry tunnel. read more

Do not go to this car wash if you want any paint left on your car! it's big season I get that but when your guy gets to close with the pressure washer and take the clear coat right off your paint! and you try to talk to the manager about it and they call you stupid and say you don't understand how a pressure washer works! seriously! your employee messed up own up to it! never never have I been treated so poorly! It's clean and convenient. I thought it was a bit pricey, about 30% higher than some of the other places in Minot. The place feels new and well equipped. Three options to choose from, with two folks on the front end spraying off the bugs and washing down the wheels and two as you leave, swiping at the front doors and air spraying the water away from the side mirrors. I have a four door CRV and I thought for almost $20.00 they would have opened all of the doors as well as the hatch to dry off the excess water and possibly clean the areas that the automated system misses. But not to be... They do hand you a moist towel to swipe off the dash as you drive through...all in all, I think I'd stick with Simonson's and save myself $5.00. read more

As I pulled in to the car wash lane I was ushered by the attendant to move forward When I heard a loud crunching sound. I put the vehicle in park and got out to inspect. The rails for their system are too high for my vehicle which they did not make me aware of before ushering me into the lane. Now my bumper is destroyed and the manager refuses to even discuss some sort of recuperation. I took my Black truck threw the Car wash in Minot, ND. I don't go threw carwashes a lot but wanted to get the bugs off. I normally wipe it down afterwards. When going threw I notice my antenna was pulled laying down on the windshield. After going threw the dryer I got out to check it. It had broken the antenna bracket underneath the hood and scarpt the side of my truck pretty good. The works wiping it down told me they've been having problems with that side all week. I immediately reported it to the shift manager and he came out and took pictures, as I did, and had me fill out an accident report. To told me he will give it to the overall manager and he should take care of it. He told me to go get a couple of estimates. I did and turn in two copies. One was for $1,200.00 because needed to repaint the door and door plus the antenna. The other was for $495.00 because he believed that it could be buff out plus the antenna bracket. I informed the manager If they can buff it out without swirls, I would do that. I told him I would go buy the part (antenna bracket) and have them buff it. I would pay it and they could reimburse me once they turn it into their insurance. I got it done and hadn't heard back from them in a couple of weeks. I called them their store manager tried to offer me free carwashes all summer. I decline and told them I just wanted to be reimbursed. Now they refuse to do anything. I dropped by the other day, expressing that I was in a hurry, I asked how busy they were, the reply was they were not busy, so I purchased a wash, after seeing the 3 cars ahead me patentily waiting, I decided to return the following day, only to learn the next day a purchase is only good for one hour. They would "not" honor my purchase. I'm one customer that won't be returning. read more
