I…read moreset an appointment and when I showed up on the day of the appointment, they said that they never heard of me and they said they must've forgot to write it down so I scheduled a new appointment, but then I wasn't able to make it due to work and then I tried to make a new appointment. They said they needed. It dropped off by eight. I let them know that I couldn't because I work swingshift and I wouldn't be able to. I've asked if I could try to get it there before 10 he said that's fine. I was having trouble trying to drop my car and went in person to see if they would be able to do anything and he said since I didn't get it there by eight, he had to cancel my appointment and said I needed it there by eight after we agreed that 10 would be ok then he proceeded to say Two strikes you're out. I'm gonna have to cancel on. You couldn't even get my car in the door. I understand that the second appointment was my fault but because of work I wasn't able to drop it off overall just seems like a scummy business would not recommend

I came into the shop with a lot of dash lights on and an unknown engine issue. Wes found the problem and fixed it for me. Overall time was roughly an hour and a half, which is the time he told me it would take (awesome). When I was paying for the service nothing additional was added except cost of shop supplies used ($3) and he topped off coolant ($3 or so) and wiper fluid ($2 or so). They offered to drive me somewhere in town, and pick me up after, so I didn't have to sit at the shop, although the shop is VERY clean and comfortable.
