They have the chillers with a couple different bags of creamers and milk to choose from. IT'S ALWAYS EMPTY! They have the little cups of creamers too but they're a pain and spoiled sometimes. I always try going to this Race Trac first for my daily coffee because I like Race Trac's coffee but, I always have to leave and go to Gate or Dailys for my coffee.

Stopped by for gas the other day; while it's not the cheapest gas in town it is reasonable for the area. Inside the store the staff was friendly. I purchased a lottery ticket and lost; but the cashier did wish me luck. So there is that. They have all your convenience store needs, regular gas, high ethanol gas, and diesel; and next door their own car wash.

I guess it might just be the area in St Johns County. The parking lot is always clean and definitely not a lock of pumps. The inside of the store is well maintained with lottery. They do have a air pump station for those unfortunate flats and cold weather days when your TPM is reading low. There is a cost though to operate the machine, .50 cents I believe. They offer a very good selection of drinks, snacks, quick to go meals and bathrooms for the public. Anytime I have had interaction with employees, it has been a positive experience.

For those that frequently visit this Travel Center its got to be a little frustrating. The spilled diesel fuel is not only a mess for those that have to try to avoid it so it's not tracked everywhere including inside the store and your personal vehicle it's also an environmental problem since the rain washes it into the storm water system. This is definitely a result of people (customers) not caring and lack any sense of responsibility but also a store management problem. Although this place is super busy there are some opportunities to pick up the trash and power wash the areas around the fuel islands This is a systemic problem across the industry, the differences between the conditions here and a truck that does it right falls directly on the shoulders of the management team. When fueling instructions for a diesel rig includes the need to wear gloves and having a spare pair of old shoes, wet wipes and plastic bags to storage those fueling shoes in to keep the mess and strong odors out of your vehicle it shows the industry recognizes the conditions of these diesel fuel stops across the country and this has become a generally accepted practice. It's not all bad here the staff was friendly and the prices are competitive, but there are plenty of opportunity for improvements.

These two are like the coca-cola and pepsi of gas stations as they often appear to be dueling one another for the title of cheapest gas in the area. This competition means low prices for you and me. While I find that the warehouse gas station is often cheaper, there are some occasions that Murphy USA may have them beat. Some may favor Murphy USA even when the prices can be 1-2 cents more since Murphy USA does not require you to have a membership and you can pay with cash rather than just plastic. Other perks over the other spot include the option of applying additives to your pump to improve your gas mileage, convenience store like amenities (candy, chips, cigs, drinks, ice), and additional gas discounts to those with a Wmart store card. For me, gas is gas and it's all about convenience. If I'm in need of gas and also a 5 gallon tub of mayo, then I'll be filling up next door. If I'm getting close to E in the tank and I also need to pick up a few things at Wally world, Murphy USA is the spot for me. Either way, the gas prices are the best in the area and that's a win-win.

It was later at night, they were not busy at all, there were plenty of employees (none who were friendly), so I just couldn't understand why the store was such a mess. When I'm in the area, I'll continue to stop here for gas or to pick up a soda, etc. But it's certainly not up to Gate standards, especially since they pride themselves on being "The Publix of Gas Stations."
