I'd give zero stars if I could. The guy there today was rude and didn't accept my Circle K membership saying that he's an independent. Also the frozen cokes were supposed to be $0.79 each and we were charged $9 for four of them. Definitely contacting Circle K corporate about this place and have it removed from them. read more

It is a little strange to have a Postal hub in a gas station. But, I have to say I absolutely love this location! The folks who run the station are extremely friendly and helpful. I cannot tell you how many times I have come in with bobbling packages and the gal behind the counter has rushed over to assist me in carting my precariously perched items to safer ground! And the biggest bonus in my book? ... Rarely is there a line. Yes, you read that correctly. I guess since this post office is tucked away in this rather strange location not a lot of folks utilize this location. This hub has all of the same services as a regular Post Office without all of the tedious hassle. If I could rate 10 stars this little gem would get them! read more

Seeing that I don't even think there is a post office off of SR210 where a gazillion people live, I think it's great that they have this postal hub conveniently located inside this Kwik Way/BP gas station. Customer service is pretty friendly here and most of the time, it's pretty empty with all of the newer and fancier convenience stores on this road. It's great for just your basic mailing. read more

One day I was assisted by a woman who talked on her phone the entire time. No hello. No have a nice day. Nothing. Customer service was zero. Another day I was told they don't ship international packages from there. Ever. Another time I came in and i was told that I couldn't mail my international package there because I could only fill my custums forms out now online. I then took my package to the very friendly and awesome post office in Ponte Vedra where they told me that is absolutely incorrect (you can fill out customs forms online but also in person). They said she probably just didn't want to be bothered inputing the info. Also they let me use a small piece of their clear tape, said hello and clearly took pride in their job. It doesn't matter what you do but take pride in it, provide customer service and be knowledgeable. It's simple. read more

Worst customer service ever - especially at the post office in there. The woman NEVER Smiles! I've even tried to crack a joke but I think she thinks if she tries to smile, her face will break. I have learned to go out of my way to avoid having to go there at all cost! And the UPS store can do many of the same services PLUS you get great customer service. Thanks UPS! The associates that work at this location are extremely rude and NOT customer friendly! Aside from one person, the rest of them are never willing to help and I feel as though as they look down on others. Which ISNT the way you would want to run any kind of business. The postal service is nice except for the fact that they are disrespectful. I have tried COUNTLESS times to be really nice to them but I've had it. My last visit was the worst encounter I have ever had with them. So unbelievably rude. I will NEVER stop there for gas or any kind of need at all. I urge others to do the same. read more

Came in on Friday, May 12 for a beverage and a sandwich. The gentlemen who waited on me were gruff and almost rude. There was no expiration date on the sandwich and that should have been a clue. When I went to eat it there was mold on it!! No refund! read more

DO NOT use the post office in this store (FYI the employees that work there are NOT US Post Office employees, they are employees of this Gas station). I was sending boxes to a family member deployed in Afghanistan, and had used the "flat rate priority boxes". The employee working the counter charged me the price of the boxes plus weight. I hadn't realized it until I got home. Once I did, I called and talked to the man that did the transaction, who argued with me, repeatedly, telling me the transaction was complete, nothing could be done, he was new, he put the phone down and eventually hung up on me. I called back a few minutes later, talked to him and HE yelled at me, telling me "I'm new, how much were you over charged, $5, $10, $20, I will just give you cash out of my pocket" and then HUNG UP on me a 2nd time. I drove up to the store, he was talking on his personal cell phone, did not hang up, opened the cash drawer (so he knew who I was) and handed me a $20. Never said a word to me, no sorry, hi, nothing and all while talking on his cell phone. I told him I wanted the money credited back to my debit card, which I originally paid with. Then he hung up the phone and refunded my account back the money ($19.45). He never apologized, just said he was new. I will NEVER go back to that store for ANYTHING, Post office, gas, coke, gum, etc....they will never have another penny of mine or my family, friends,etc. I will make sure that everyone I know is aware of this situation so they aren't given the chance to be disrespected and belittled the way I was. NEVER AGAIN. I have called the Jacksonville headquarters and left a message for the owner to call me so I can voice my concerns with him. They are closed for the weekend so I was told that I would get a call Monday. If not, I will be sure to take additional steps in this matter. read more
