We had been driving all day and finally close to our destination when we saw that we needed gas and a restroom. We had events to get to that night with more drivng to do. This was a nice, clean gas station with a nice convenience store. Well lit and friendly employee. They had a good selection of snacks, candy, drinks and misc stuff. I just popped in for gas- prices were on par for the area. It's not horrible getting in and out of the parking lot and the pumps were clean and working properly. I almost never go inside gas stations unless I am traveling. So I cannot review on the staff or store. read more

I love this gate gas station. Recently built and very clean and has a cute outdoor seating area with YOBE frozen yogurt and slushee machines for those random cravings of cherry slushee I get ! The employees are very nice and helpful and there are usually a few of them working at once, not just one employee having to do it all. read more

We LOVE coming here to fuel our boat after a day on the water. Would be nice if employees would keep the tea tap full and ready to go.

Wow! Used to be the best !!! A plus employees and service .... so now I have been in three and soooooo annoyed and aggravated by the time I finally check out. Nobody says good- morning even when waiting on you. NEXT in LINE is their new welcome screaming across the room!!!!! Touchton is horrible!!!!!! Everyone working was horrible...:sour faced. Black girls and black man and white older lady she's been there forever and I'm sure thrilled with her co-workers!!!! Then I went to one on Belfort!!!! Wow!!!!! Even worse!!!! Other customers were commenting and again NEXT in Line screamed at you.Majority of pumps had bags covering handles or yellow card covering card slider so I'd have to walk inside to pay. This location is refusing to enforce mask wearing inside of the store. Several customers at a time are inside without masks on and the employees say nothing. I called the location to express my concern and they claimed they're "not allowed" to ask people to wear a mask in the store, even though there is a sign in the front door that says masks are required. I don't often leave review on yelp but we're in the middle of the pandemic, and not wearing a mask puts people in danger. read more

I stop at this place everyday on my way to the office. This morning as I'm approaching the door an employee of Gate walks up at the same time. I open the door for him and doesn't say anything he points to the door so I go on in. I get my coffee and as I walk to the counter the same guy is at the counter, his name was Ron. I thought I heard him say "is that all" as I sat my coffee down but he apparently said something like "I'm not open" which I obviously didn't understand. He stares at me, shrugs his shoulders and said "did you hear me I'm not open" It was rude, extremely frustrating and irritating first thing this morning. If he does not like his job then please find something where you aren't dealing with that public. All I did was try to hold a door open for you and pay for my coffee. You don't have bow down to a customer but at minimum show some common curtesy please. The whole experience with him was unacceptable and he treated me like I had no business there.
