Anyways, I went to the Shell right down the street and they accepted my cash and I was able to pump gas there. If corporate gets a chance to see this, train your employees to not be so ignorant. BUYERS BEWARE Shell Gas Station, 920 Richmond Ave., Houston, TX 77006 On March 23, 2023, I brought my F-150 in because it had a water leak; this Shell Station auto mechanic told me the AC UNIT was leaking. This gas station auto mechanic said we could fix this the right way for $2,200 or the cheap route for $400.00. He stated the correct way to fix it was to remove the dashboard steering wheel, cut some wires to access the leaking AC unit lower valve, and replace the gasket. Then this auto mechanic stated that the cheap fix would be putting silicone around the lower AC UNIT valve for $400. This conversation occurred next door (900 Richmond AVE) at 3:35 PM when I initially dropped off my F-150 that morning. BUYERS BEWARE Today, March 28, 2023, I took my F-150 to my local auto mechanic shop (Crossview Dr, Houston, TX), and they said they had never heard of removing the entire dashboard to replace a leaking AC unit gasket with confused looks on their faces. They ran the AC unit diagnostics, checked for leaks, inspected the vehicle, and determined the windshield was leaking. I'm glad I DID NOT pay this lying auto mechanic $2,200.00. BUYERS BEWARE. Victoria in particular has uttered several extremely offensive remarks towards me for absolutely no reason upon checking out or leaving the store. I assumed the first time she was just having a bad day. Turns out the owners for both gas stations at the end of the street are the same, and Victoria works at both locations, the Shell and Chevron. You'll be looking at paying $2.09 for a gallon of gas, but I cannot complain too much since its good quality and not watered down like at Shell. However, this facility only has one unisex restroom and boy does it smell awfully bad like urine. Also, there's urine all over the floor and usually the seat stays up for the men who uses this restroom here. There's absolutely no seatcovers for the toilet seat, so you would have to squat, but please watch out for the urine on the floor, you don't wanna have to step in that. The guy in front was OK, he showed no emotion and didn't talk much. He wasn't your average friendly neighborhood cashier of what I'm used to, but he was pleasant enough for me to purchase gas. At the pumps, there's plastic gloves and even a mini TV, to keep you occupied while you are feeding your car his/her "nutrients"in order to run. The gloves are for those germaphobic individuals who rather not touch on the pumps. Great location, but with a few pumps it can get crowded very easily.

T-Mobile Tuesday combined with Fuel Rewards is amazing. At this particular Gas Station, I have been able to save in upwards of $.20 per gallon. This gas station is easy to get to; however, not to be confused, because there is like maybe 1 other Shell Gas Station in the area! I prefer this one because it is more affordable than the other. The only thing that was wonky was that I came to the gas station one day, intended to pay with cash and could not because the inside was closed and it was maybe 6:45pmish. I will look at the hours of operation next time I intend to pay cash. I just utilized another form of payment and was still able to get my discount. There are quite a few pumps and I have never had to wait, which is good. The Gas Station is situated on 2 major streets, so you can get to it easily. There is also a garage attached to the gas station. There are always cars for the garage, but its not junky or too clunky. I will be back for sure!!!
