We got the Napkins burger with the brussel sprouts being the star. The brussels come with pineapple thai chili sauce, but we liked the brussels without it and opted to use the delicious sauce as a dip for our french fries. The burger was tasty, but nothing out of this world. It was cooked perfectly and I liked the Napkins famous sauce on it. The only thing was that the burger kept slipping out of the bun and it was very messy to eat as we kept putting the burger back together. The shawarma with chicken thigh was delicious. I would pair this with the brussels next time and you'd have a winning combination. The fries were good too, but the brussels are the winning side choice. Glad we stopped by on our road trip for a satisfying and filling lunch. It's worth the stop and everything tastes fresh and is well worth the price. The brewery is not Napkins, but the staff inside behind the bar was super helpful and more than happy to let my husband try the beers before making his choice. I love the sin patties, as I know that they are done, but still juicy, and I don't have to worry about them being undercooked. The cheese curds are not nutritious, but definitely delicious. The custard comes free with the kids meals, and the adults buy it separate. My littles love that they get to be in charge of what flavor custard and what topping they get. The restaurant is a mixture of booths and tables with chairs, so there's space for groups of one or groups of 10. There's also outdoor seating when the weather is nice. The restrooms are clean and orderly. We are a Culver's family and will continue to make this our weekly tradition.

I say almost because it was so large my wife couldn't finish her half. Fear not! I rescued the last bite, but it was almost too much for me, as well. Now, what did I discover that I loved so much? First, a young woman with a beautiful, shy smile was preparing our sandwich. She said her name was Tequila. Second, we discovered pepper relish. Tangy, with a suggestion of a minor heat. We were intrigued, but wasn't certain it would pair well with our club. Tequila saw us wavering and smiled, "why don't you get it on the side?" Brilliant! We sat and divided our sub and tasted the relish. Oh. Myyyy. I relished that tangy flavor and immediately spread it on my sandwich. And I promise we will return.
