My family and I visited this location the other day. A situation escalated between an employee, a manager and my husband. The staff is rude and disrespectful and even called my husband a "child". My husband had a rough day moving along with some other things and even acknowledged and apologized. The manager stepped up on him trying to intimidate him and told him to come back at 10pm when he gets off and he'll have something for him. My husband called up to the restaurant to get corporates number. After he hung up, he started getting text messages from another manager from his personal phone trying to sell my husband weed and a prostitute. We got in contact with the owner and met with him this morning. To our surprise, we were met by the police. Why call the police if it was supposed to be a friendly meeting to gather information from all parties involved? He seemed racists, very prejudice and didn't want to hear anything my husband had to say. I even tried to ask questions about how he would handle it and he literally stood there looking dumb founded. He made all these accusations but couldn't back anything up with proof or videos. Even after showing him our proof, he didn't want to hear anything that we had to say. He does not value or respect his customer like his employees don't value and respect him. They even talked bad about him and again, we showed proof. Please do not visit this location in Hope Mills. We will be sharing our story to any and everyone. Edited: my husband pointed out that I omitted some important facts. When we got there, after placing our order my husband was leaning on the counter by where they make the desserts. He had been leaning there for a while but not continuously. We had moving so he would lean a few, walk around, go stand back over there and lean some more. The worker told him to move. He asked if there was a sign because usually establishments have a sign advising customers not to lean. There was no sign visible anywhere. A coworker said something in the background and the female who asked my husband to move said, "I don't have time to speak with kids". Then that's where the situation escalated with the manager approaching my husband. We had heard about Culver's through the grapevine and were promised a warm Midwest welcome for our first time there. Our experience with the staff did not match up to what we were told to expect, which was disappointing. However, the food and the ice cream was delicious. We stayed in the dining room which is lovely, but a bit too cold to be comfortable. The food served will have us returning on a regular basis. It was really good. read more

My family is at Culver's at least once a week, sometimes twice if we're just getting custard one of those times. The food is quality, the service is fast, and I leave feeling like my family ate a good meal. The usual order is cheeseburgers all around, sides of fries, and cheese, curds, and of course - custard. I love the sin patties, as I know that they are done, but still juicy, and I don't have to worry about them being undercooked. The cheese curds are not nutritious, but definitely delicious. The custard comes free with the kids meals, and the adults buy it separate. My littles love that they get to be in charge of what flavor custard and what topping they get. The restaurant is a mixture of booths and tables with chairs, so there's space for groups of one or groups of 10. There's also outdoor seating when the weather is nice. The restrooms are clean and orderly. We are a Culver's family and will continue to make this our weekly tradition. read more

The food was kinda bland for my tasting. I'm sure it's not the workers fault. I'm gonna try the other items next time. They do have a lot to choose from. I've been to many different steak burger joints and thought their patties was small but Culver's was under desired portions. The crinkled fries was on point. Hot, yummy and not overly fried. Service has always been great and the crew are all happy and well. The overall ambiance is good. Not loud or crowded. read more

We visited here for a fundraiser for my brother in laws school. I like that they support our local schools here! Beyond that, the food was delicious. The service was great. Stopped in for a late lunch, they have a great menu which cover all the bases. The butter burgers were very tasty. The service at the counter was fast and counter personal were friendly and helpful. You can order online but it's is slow and has too many options to choose for the one item you choose. After ordering if dinning in they give you a number tent to put on the table. The food runner at the time I was there was running all over the dinning area asking if you had ordered certain food instead of just looking at the number tent. The interior was clean and crew member was cleaning trash on tables and floor left by lazy customers, Culver's is a great chain restaurant but hopefully it will not suffer the doom of declining service and food quality due to poor selection of employees and management. Ordering with App was easy. When we arrived we checked in, on the app and our food was delivered, to our car, in about 2 minutes.

The owner is such a great guy! My daughter left her crochet hat in a booth and we had put in a Santa letter in the box with our name and address and he paid to ship the hat to our house. I was shocked! The kindest most thoughtful owner I have ever come in contact with. He goes above and beyond. The food is always fresh and delicious. We frequently eat at this restaurant because it's a family favorite and we enjoy every minute of it. The restaurant is well kept and the atmosphere is family friendly! The custard is to die for! We also love how supportive the owner is in the community and how he collaborates with the Fayetteville Woodpeckers. It's nice to see such a great business with great people! read more

1st Time visit. Tues. 22 Oct.2024. Very Satisfied !!! Tried their Double Butter-Burger with Cheddar Cheese & Grilled Onions,,, it was Great. The grilled onions was a nice addition. Was able to substitute Mash Potatoes for French fries,,, also a nice addition. LOL I know they are from Wisconsin however in the South In-My-Opinion PEPSI products instead of Coke would have been a better choice. Can't wait to try the Pot Roast next week. read more
