Chick fil a always hit. However, when I drive up through the drive thru sometimes I just want to look at the menu. Can't do that because the workers are already in your face "hi what would you like to order?" I understand that they like to get ahead but slow down. And don't rush your workers telling them to move their line up when clearly you see them taking down a customer order or you can come out and help shorten the line instead of telling them to move the line. Doesn't make sense to walk and place an order near a moving object that's where you create an hazard. read more

Every time I come the service is terrible. The workers always have an attitude and this past time we waited in the drive through line and looked at my milkshake sitting on the counter while all the workers were fooling around. Not impressed. read more

Start double checking peoples orders. I'm sure it was just an easy mistake but when you order a Spicy Chicken Sand-which, you get home ready to eat it. And open your box and find there's no chicken on the sand-which. So all I got was an over priced BLT. Other than that I haven't had any issues. read more

We stopped by to stretch our legs and grab some lunch. It was not very busy at 11:30 on Thursday. We ordered chicken strip meal and chicken sandwich meal along with a fruit cup. We waited briefly and our order was ready. The food was good and the bathrooms and eating area were clean. read more

This Chick-fil-A location in Hope Mills is one of the best my wife and I have been in. We stopped by after choir practice to grab some lunch. She grabbed the new sandwich which she loved. The decor is very nice and the staff is beyond friendly. While we were enjoying our meal I was giving a free shake since it was made twice. In the last thirty days, I have visited this location 22 times. I am definitely a Chick-Fil-A fan and this location had been extremely convenient for me. The positive is that the food is always DELICIOUS. The food always met the typical Chick-Fil-A standard and I was always satisfied with it. My 3-star rating is due to the customer service. I always had a positive experience with the morning crew; they were great! I always ordered on the mobile app and every time I walked into the restaurant I was greeted and immediately handed my food. Obviously they began to recognize my face and order because I had gone so many times lol. Anyway, I definitely recommend going for breakfast. Sadly, I had the opposite experience in the afternoons for dinner. I was rarely ever greeted when walking into the restaurant for dinner. Although I would be notified on the Mobile App that my food was ready, I always found myself waiting. There were a few times when team members asked me which food delivery service O was picking up for, which would have been a normal question if I wasn't in the restaurant practically every other day for dinner. The evening experience definitely seemed more rushed and less personal, which would have been okay if the dining room was busy but it rarely was (the rush was usually in the drive thru). Overall, great food but could use improvements in the afternoon customer experience. read more

Good thing we took everything out of the bag, because they've got me before like this, and there was a missing sammich. Very disappointed with this location. 4 out of the last 4 orders have been wrong and missing items. Just got 6 nuggets in an 8 piece order. Last order we requested 6 sauces and got home to find no sauce but 6 straws. Have also ordered a large fries and came home to find the container nearly empty, as if it was someone's leftovers. Have also ordered original nuggets and got home to find grilled nuggets. We always order in the app, so there's no miscommunication or mistakes on our end. Their customer service is hit or miss. Employees talking to each other rather than taking orders. We have also had to deal with rude employees at this location. They are extremely slow regardless of time of day. Employees went down the entire car lot and got everyone except our car's order. We drove all the way to the "receipt booth" and had to ask two employees to take our order as the 4 people taking orders were mainly preoccupied on chatting. We got skipped and had to wait as newer cars had their order taken and ended up being asked to pull off to wait on our order.... If I could give zero stars I would.. Wasn't at all busy 3 cars in front of me.. and a long wait about 5-15 minutes then a line formed behind me. Normally I would let it go but it's the fact that so many things went wrong. 1.) THEY OVER CHARGED ME! 2.) DID NOT GIVE ME A RECEIPT! 3.) THEY FORGOT THHE SAUSE! 4.) LIED ABOUT NOT HAVING A SERVICE DISCOUNT! Police and Fire Service gets a discount. I always get it when I come inside and in drive thru. They even advertise this all the time. I wasn't gonna argue with a minor because I was already in a rush and I am not gonna be petty for a few dollars off my order. I'll gladly brush it off and move on about my day. I ended up writing a bad review because not only did she lied to get me out of the drive thru faster, she was to lazy to call up a manager for the discount. Usually I'd get a receipt but they walk away before I could get one.. She ended up over charging me for my entire order. I was clear and spoke normally for her to understand. I asked the girl it was one meal with Chick-fil-A sauce, one salad, and 3 drinks. She repeated it correctly but charged me the price of two meals and no sauce for my order. It was a bad start for a lunch break very dry and chewy.. not as good as before. The employees aren't well here there are a lot of minors or young ladies with attitudes in drive thru as order takers.. lots of lazy ones leaning on columns and on their phones. Its not advertised that they close at 9pm at this location. I pulled in the parking lot at 8:58, I was confused as to why they had orange cones in the drive thru. Then the outside lights were cut off, I went inside at 9:01.. I asked are yall closing, they said yes we close at 9pm.. however the time on the door clear states you close at 1030pm....
