Staff was friendly, they made sure my order was input correctly. Confirmed again at the window before charging me. I read the reviews so I expected a wait time and I definitely had to wait much longer than the average fast food but I was prepared for that so it didn't bother me. Once I finally received my food I felt obligated to leave quickly because I knew all the people behind me waited as well. I did a quick look in the bag and saw one big container, 1 small container, and a bag for a kids meal which at first glance appeared correct but after the 15 minute drive to the hotel I'm staying at with my 5 year old and my severely autistic 8 year old I opened the containers to find that the 6 piece meal I ordered only came with 3 pieces. I confirmed at the drive thru, I pulled up to the window and they said "the six piece meal, kids meal and cheddar bites?" I said yes. I paid for a six piece meal, and they failed to provide me with the correct amount of food. So do I spend the 45 minutes it would take me to get the kids shoes back on and get them ready collect the food, go down to the lobby, get out to the car and drive 30 minutes round trip not including the time it takes for them to correct their mistake? Or do I feed my children and have a couple cheese bites for dinner? The latter. I feel robbed. How hard is it to count chicken strips? How hard is it to check to make sure the right food is going out? Just trust the reviews. Expect to wait in line for 20 minutes, and check your order because they clearly can't count. read more

Came in at about 9:10 they close at 10!! i did not get my order until 9:54 , they made other peoples order that came after me that had twice as much as i did all i ordered was a salad and a chicken tender plate. They didn't have any more eggs for my Cobb salad and they even put my salad inside of an actual chicken finger plate because they claim they didn't have anymore salad bowls but I seen them give another customer a salad bowl. Also, they didnt give me ranch dressing but instead they gave me ranch dipping sauces for my SALAD! i woke up the next morning with diarrhea and passed out from the dehydration that it led . thanks to say i will never eat here again . read more

I come here regularly after and during work and I wanted to give this Zaxby's several chances at showing some signs of life. Calling this place fast food is an overstatement. I don't believe I've ever gotten my food in less than 20 minutes regardless if I go inside or in the drive-thru. There have been many of times where it took me just as long to be served. We got dinner through the drive through on 7/17/2019, we ordered a 6 piece chicken finger plate and a kids chicken finger meal. We went home and started eating only to find that the cole slaw was rancid.. my husband took a full bite and almost threw up. To be honest, this place does not have the correct customer service base than other Zaxby's restaurants that I've dined in. My wife ordered one of their burgers and waited about a good fifteen minutes which was decent timing but their cooking was awful as if they rushed it without perfecting it. Comparing the food with mine, the meat looked light pink so it obviously wasn't fried thoroughly. We politely asked them to redo the same order and in five minutes we get the same results except the only difference was the fries were undercooked this time. This is my second time going to Zaxby's, and I will never forget the terrible service that I received. I had ordered a chicken filet sandwich, and the filet of chicken looked like it was undercooked and pink. Went to ask if they can make it again, with no problem they made it once again, but when it was given back to me by a different associate, she looked like she had an attitude. When I had taken the chicken sandwich back to my table, the associate was watching me eat it, which I found a little strange and weird. i go over to eat my sandwich, the chicken sandwich was smaller, and cold.They gave me more fries which were super cold, and not cooked all the way through. I went Sunday night and ordered two Big Zax Snak meals and a fried house zalad. They were cloing at 10 pm and I think I was there by 9:20 something. I waited near the front after paying and I totally expected to due to the COVID-19 restaurant restrictions. I expected a wait. I got my food and drove off without checking the trays. I only checked for my salad dressing. I got home and gave these 2 17 year old boys their meals and we were absolutely pissed. There was no Texas Toast and a tiny amount of fries. I called the next morning and asked to speak to a manager so they could be informed about this and not do it to others. The manager listens and then tells me that all fries are measured out to be 5 oz. I have been eating and getting this meal for my son for awhile and that was NOT 5 oz. I do not like basically being called a liar to some degree. I would not waste my time to call but $22 for two of my meals to be shorted and my salad to have chunks of lettece that were too huge to the point I just tossed them...is unacceptable. This Zaxby's is the slowest one I have ever been to but I accepted that but this customer service is what I will NOT accpet. I didn't want my fries and toast I wanted to inform them because someone on their staff shorted me my food and I work hard for my money. Listen! Do better! I have been to this restaurant many many times! Nine out of 10 times my order is wrong. There is nothing more frustrating than ordering takeout and getting home or work to find that your order is incomplete or not what you ordered at all. To find you have no salad dressing with your salad Or no wing sauce for your wings. I have complained before and they have replaced that item. But it's so inconvenient and it happens very often. Once again today, I get home and have no sauce for my wings and I ordered fried chicken not grilled chicken on my salad, it's just incredibly frustrating. And my daughters drink was wrong. If you eat inside of the restaurant, at least you can go in and have it corrected. But I would not recommend going through the drive-through. read more

The shake seemed like it was in a freezer as it was premade earlier. The cheddar bites were overly fried and greasy. Where can you get a fast food salad with romaine lettuce, shredded cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, grilled chicken, and fried onions!! The onion rings are very good also. The inside of this location is nice and I during my lunch I saw a girl at different times walking around sweeping and cleaning up. Customer service was excellent, the girl at the register was very friendly.
