However, we never had to because she was on it!!! She has such a great personality, and works efficiently, yet without ever feeling rushed. She also gives her honest opinion about menu items, without ever criticizing anything in particular, but definitely won't steer you wrong or sound fake about it. She was able to take what had started out as a bad experience and turn the situation around. We had an absolute blast and the food was delicious. The fries I received were cold, so I contacted the restaurant to complain and ask for a reasonable resolution. The employees I initially spoke with were unhelpful and unprofessional. When I asked to speak with a manager, they hung up the phone on me. I called back and eventually spoke with the manager, Nicki, but I still received no meaningful resolution. Cold food is one issue, but the way my complaint was handled made the situation much worse. Customers should not be hung up on or dismissed simply for reporting a problem with their order. I expected better customer service and professionalism from this location.
