I've been here a couple times since their grand opening. I go in the morning because it's a convenience store. The store does not understand that mornings are when people get their caffeine ie coffee or soda. I have gone in there every single time and they either don't have cups which is impossible, because they're the home of the big gulp. Or you get this big ginormous double goat soda that I want and there are no straws in the store. When I ask they say there's a straw shortage. I call BS because this is 2023 in October and November now. I go in after complaining every every time I mean I walk out of there empty-handed every time I've been in there four times prior. I left a Google review and they wanted to respond to me but they haven't replied back. I go in today November 27th 2023, and they are out of Coke zero, diet Coke, and diet mountain dew. Those are the only choices for a f****** diabetic in their whole store. I asked the curly haired chubby girl at the counter if she could check to see if they have those. She said no. She absolutely said no. I'm the only person in the store. This is like 7:00 a.m. on a Monday and everybody's going to work. You only have one person staffing the store? Is this a an invitation for burglars and robbers everywhere because nobody can back them up? Who let somebody take over a shift without refilling the sodas prior to a Monday morning rush? This is unacceptable. I think the quality of the store is something that could be made fun of on The Simpsons. This is just ridiculous I seriously doubt unless you gave me some free something I'm never going back in, because the last time I was going in was only because I had free stuff and I had high hopes. I have no hope for the store until you get a new manager in there who actually knows how to train people and can hold their staff accountable. This is crap! read more
