Since the store has an "all sales are final" policy sign, I think it's important to be transparent about that. It doesn't bother me enough to make a huge fuss with the owner and I'll still keep it because it's just a plush, but it's the principle of selling a fake item as authentic. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand without ever making us feel overwhelmed. What really stood out was how welcoming and fun she made the entire experience. Her enthusiasm for teaching is contagious, and she has a wonderful way of connecting with kids while making sure everyone is included and having a great time. By the end of the lesson, our daughter was already talking about coming back and can't wait to join the kids' Pokémon League.
