Her enthusiasm for teaching is contagious, and she has a wonderful way of connecting with kids while making sure everyone is included and having a great time. From the old location to this one, something just feels different in the best way. Around April, I noticed that this became a place I genuinely wanted to stop by almost every day. The shop is fun, welcoming, and just an enjoyable place to hang out. The staff are hilarious and make the experience even better. Storm has been great with the Pokémon kids, and the baristas are all extremely talented. Every time I come in, I'm greeted and made to feel welcome. JR has also gone out of his way several times to make sure both myself and other customers are taken care of. He has always been extremely professional, helpful, and great with customers. I'm not sure if he's the manager or if he's in charge of the Pokémon/card side of things, but either way, he and the rest of the staff are doing an awesome job. The staff has always been friendly as well. This honestly would have been a 4-star review, but I'm taking off a star because I purchased a Labubu that turned out to be a counterfeit. I paid $20, which is around the retail price of an authentic Pop Mart Labubu, and it was sold as if it were genuine. Since the store has an "all sales are final" policy sign, I think it's important to be transparent about that. It doesn't bother me enough to make a huge fuss with the owner and I'll still keep it because it's just a plush, but it's the principle of selling a fake item as authentic. Overall, I still recommend Queen Bee Boba for the drinks and service. Just be cautious if you're buying merchandise. I'm not saying everything they sell is counterfeit, but I can confirm the Labubu I purchased was fake after comparing it to authentic ones I own.
