I'm giving two stars because the girl running the register was very cortious and friendly with a welcoming smile. So customer service is the only positive thing. The kits filthy and stained, it clearly hasn't had a professional cleaning in some time. There was Noone at the register to great me when I came in. There was sticky dried soda drops on the cups at the fountain drinks. The store is clutered with no room to set anything down. The hot dogs looked like the had fallen asleep sunbathing on a hot summer day and burnt to beef Jerry. The the mustard was almost empty with dried mustard in the cap. I feel like almost every time I've come here it's been locked with a crowd of people waiting outside for over 10 minutes with a sign that says bathroom break on the door. It's ridiculous to have to wait and stand outside to do something. That should only take one minute. it's just a waste of everyone's time if employees take 20 minutes to use the restroom then there's some kind of other problem going on. PRICILLA was the employee. These guys are my (semi) favorite punching bag. They never fail to fail me. I usually avoid CK, just too dirty, helplessness behind the counter, nasty roller selection. I know I sound cold, but not ice cold. Because ice is the reason for this review. Was heading north for the weekend and needed ice for the cooler. Circle K was on the right side of the road, I know they have to sell ice and it was packaged for them-shrugs- they really can't screw it up. Don't know-didn't make it that far. Traveling, I wanted a clean windshield. Not a lot to ask. Cool; Ice and a squeegee full of water. No. Every single bucket that was designed for and should have been full of water or bug juice remover was: Empty. So northwest I went to QT. Score. Ice, gas, bug juice. It appears their Value Prop is this: We want to sell beer, ice, smokes while you get gas. Don't count on cleaning your windshield or a clean restroom. Soccer Moms need not apply. These guys have never heard of Paco Underhill and it shows. read more

The lady that's was working at 5am on Saturday morning, gave me INSANE attitude. It she took 7 minutes to finally help me while sitting on her phone, I gave her money for gas and she shorted me the amount I paid her. She wouldn't let me enter my mobile number to take 5cents off. She yelled at me from inside of the store. And made sure to yell at me when I was outside too. Whoever this African American woman needs to be fired. I never write reviews like this and never feel someone should lose their job but I come here ALLLLL the time I live around the corner and never have I been treated the way she treated me. she's literally stealing money from customers, and yelling at them when you confront her about it.. And she shouldn't be working here at all. I get circle k is stressful but I'm literally the ONLY person here. It's not like she was super busy. I manage 250 employees and I would have fired her IMMEDIATELY. I'd double even triple check the money customers give her because she's definitely pocketing some of it. read more

Sadness. I come here to get their incredibly-priced 44-oz. Froster (aka Icee or Slurpee) but this location has succumbed to a sticky, grimy mess in the last few months. I'm guessing the store got busy during the summer months but the mess around the fountain drinks need a little mopping up every once in a while. I think a good indicator of when to mop up is when your flip-flops stick to the tile floors and leave excellent specimen for forensic experts. As for the gas pumps, the receipt printers often need paper and the area around them could use a little hosing down as well. Unfortunately, it seems others have had a bad experience with the staff but personally, I haven't had any difficulty with any of the cashiers. They have always been helpful and friendly each time I come around to the store. Perhaps they are short-staffed but that is an issue with an easy solution, I would think. read more

In am giving this location two stars because the inside seemed to be decently clean when I walk through but I haven't examined it closely. The main reason for my review is due to my recent visit. When I walked in the cashier was blowing his nose rather disgustingly into a handkerchief of which he tossed on the counter. He then decided to wait on me handling my candy bar and Vape juice with the hands that were just blowing's snot and coughing into that handkerchief with. Not only is it just discussing what it is is a health concern. It appalling that someone would do that without putting sanitizer on or asking to go to the bathroom to wash their hands. On top of that the employees aren't particularly skilled in customer service and there's one grumpy older woman who always has an attitude and never a smile, hello or anything just attitude; a robot could replace her and do a better job. The only half decent employee they have there (that I have met) is the one with the long blonde hair and she is kind enough and does a good job. It stinks because arrowhead is a nice area and this gas station is simply subpar every time I have been in. read more

I went just now to buy gasoline and i went in to the store to buy a drink. The cashier was this guy name Lawrence and he was very rude! He asked me if i speak certain languages which i said i did not. I told him i speak a language and he told me to speak something in my first language and i told him thank you in my language. He then said no say this instead. I told him no i don't really know how to say it i have not really speak my language for a long time. He kept on telling me to do it which i refuse nicely. He then was throwing a piece of crumpled paper to my face. I was shocked. I have never been humiliated and treated this way ever in this country. I told him that he is being rude and ask if he is a racist. I do not think he should be working there or anywhere else until he can treat other human being with respect. I am very offended by his action and i hope no other person coming there as a customer will have to experience the bad experience that i just had. He is very disrespectful, and i don't think it should be tolerated at all! I have never been treated that badly ever in my life, especially when i am coming as a customer.
