Whether it's traveling back and forth for family visits, or moving across and out of state, this particular one has been our go-to when we stop in Ellensburg. The place is always clean when we stop in, the food always tastes perfect, and we have never once to date encountered a single crew member who wasn't top tier awesome! From making sure our orders are right, to making sure we know what deals they have, they're on top of things. Another customer asked the manager if she could ask the employees to refrain from swearing while children are in the restaurant. The manager told the lady that it was a public place and she didn't think the employees conduct and language was inappropriate. The manager told me and the other customer that "this is a public place so she doesn't agree that the employees should watch their language". I was shocked, we promptly left and went to McDonald's next door. They were super polite and professional. Based on their attitudes and work ethic, I would not trust the food they are serving at this Burger King. There are too many other option nearby then to deal with this place.
