My daughter was so excited to try Burger King. We walked in the employees in the back were yelling and screaming and using the "F!@$" word. Another customer asked the manager if she could ask the employees to refrain from swearing while children are in the restaurant. The manager told the lady that it was a public place and she didn't think the employees conduct and language was inappropriate. The manager told me and the other customer that "this is a public place so she doesn't agree that the employees should watch their language". I was shocked, we promptly left and went to McDonald's next door. They were super polite and professional. Based on their attitudes and work ethic, I would not trust the food they are serving at this Burger King. There are too many other option nearby then to deal with this place. read more

We stopped at this Burger King with our two young daughters in the car. When asked if we wanted to donate $0.47, we politely declined--and were shocked when the employee sarcastically said something along the lines of "You're choosing to kill a child instead of save one." Whether it was meant as a joke or not, it was incredibly inappropriate and uncomfortable, especially with our kids present. We understand donation requests are part of the job, but comments like that cross a line. Do better. read more

Ordered the $5 value meal - employee didn't tell us that they didn't offer it. When we got our food, it wasn't what we expected. Manager rudely offered to refund our money. We kept it but the chicken sandwich was terrible. Fries were undercooked. read more

Went in while it was crazy busy so I don't blame them for not having the lobby spotless but the tables could've been wiped down. They have one of those soda fountains that have a touch screen with a lot of different flavors. The button got stuck for a second but wasn't bad. They did amazing with the burgers for how busy they were. I got my food fairly quickly. read more

Not bad. Had the option of several fast food restaurants in the area, but decided on BK. We both ordered the 10 piece nuggets for $1.48 and an iced tea for my dad. Nuggets seemed a little small, but all 10 were there (sometimes we're given extra nuggets or not enough). For the cost of what we got for $24 it was not worth it. Anything would have been better. McDonalds. Wendy's. Even the Coke was bad. How can you mess up coke? Inside the restaurant stunk. Very poor service and management. Their ice machine has not been working ffg or weeks so no ice in sodas. Why can't mabafer go to a store and get a ice. Regularly run out of lettuce for whopper. Again, manager could get lettuce at store. They are rude if you complain at all. read more

My go-to fast food joint when I'm in the food for quick and greasy. Every time I go, I use a coupon. The coupon meals always include fries and say no substitutions. I still always ask for onion rings because I don't like potato. They do it every time and without an additional charge. Many locations I go to charge me extra, but this one doesn't. They're always friendly and speedy. Once in a while when I go for breakfast and I get food, it's cold. That's still not enough to take away more than one star. read more

Sat in the drive thru (there's no "escape lane", you're stuck) for fifteen minutes with four cars including myself. Wasn't acknowledged at the order screen for two, then asked to wait for another four. Would've left if I hadn't been stuck. Only gave it two stars instead of one cause the staff are usually nice. Ugh. Just ugh. Got their $6 whopper and chicken sandwich special. The burger was so old the patty crumbled apart. The chicken sandwich (which is a new menu item according to commercials) was so soggy with the condiments heaped in the center was just inedible. The dogs enjoyed the hamburger patty, the chicken got tossed in the trash. A waste of $13..or I guess you could say we had satisfactory onion rings and fries for $13. I was traveling between oak harbor wa and spokane wa I decided to stop at Burger King in Ellensburg wa never been there before I had to go to the bathroom and we wanted to get something to eat. I pulled into the parking lot at 6:30 PM all the doors were locked I went back to my car and went through the drive threw and it was open so I ordered the whopper meal for 2 and shake i asked the drive threw person what time they close up she said 7:00 PM it was 6:40 PM I asked her if they could open up so i could go to the bathroom they said no i told them I was 83 years old and could not hold my urine I had to go bad no help still refused to let me use rest room I got my order but I could not hold my urine so I went in my pants I had to silt in my wet pants to Spokane Wa. never going to stop there again very disappointed in Burger King and how I was treated. store 5221 read more

Drove over from Seattle to visit my mother and she wanted to go to Burger King. From the moment we walked thru the front door we were treated like royalty by the gal behind the counter. Food was just food without any problems and I had forgotten these thicker than normal, perfectly fried french fries which were just the way I like them. Service was so good that I asked her name and it turns out she is the manager and her name is Kelly. Not sure what happened with the old reviews, four years ago and older, but this is a VERY nice place now. read more

I have never felt inclined to write a review for any fast food eatery. But this Burger King is the worst I've ever had the misfortune to visit. I'm a believer of giving a business second chances, but evidently we didn't learn our lesson the last 5 times with this place. How hard is it to put cheese on a chicken sandwich? Apparently it's a difficult skill to learn, or the business is charging customers and not delivering what you pay for. I could understand once, but six times? My birthday was is in December, and this last year all I wanted for my lunch was chicken sandwich with cheese. We get all the way home, and I should have expected that the sandwich would be lacking the cheese, I honestly wasn't thinking about it. So my DH called them, and after the manager apologised, and promised to send us coupons in the mail. Did it happen? The person that took our order in the drive thru acted like he didn't know what he was doing and had to ask us multiple times if what we ordered was right as he was typing it into the till. Took us almost 5 mins to order while he was struggling. The person that bagged our food and handed it to us looked like he didn't know how to read the burgers to know the difference on them. I always order a burger only pickle and every time we go there it's has something wrong with it and is not only pickle. The "coke" tastes like a bunch of different sofas mixed together like the soda machine hasn't been cleaned out in a long while. I told him again that we weren't done. Gave the second part and he again gave me the total and said pull forward. I again said we weren't done yet. She stated the guy was new . I was telling her what happened and she said that was her that said I couldn't talk like that. Another woman came up and asked what the problem was. I was stating what happened and she immediately said "There's no need to make a scene he's new" I did not yell -it was an outside speaker and all I'd said was we're not done yet The second woman said several times "no need to make a scene" Then "well what do you want me to do about it. Nothing but rudeness. Their customer service is nonexistent. The parking lot in front of the entrance door was filthy-brown food bags,french fries and other food all over the parking lot and sidewalk. HORRIBLE NASTY DIRTY! Stopped in here on Sunday afternoon to use the restroom and have a bite to eat. The garbage out front was over flowing on to the ground in front and in to the parking lot. This should have been my first clue. Windows on the doors where nasty dirty, the restroom..........GROSS! Toliet in the womens rest room was tipping off the floor and filthy.
