They have signs with beer prices advertised on the doors and shelves of the coolers but when you…read morepurchase it at the counter the prices are almost always higher than stated on the signage. This was some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered, the cashier told me that the price on the sign was wrong and there was nothing she could do. The sign clearly stated a lower price than what her register had and she didn't care. Sadly this isn't the first time this has happened here. She was rude, disinterested and gave me no choice but to walk away without buying anything. I will never spend my money ever again at any Valero from now on. Also note, this place is not only engaged in deceptive pricing but is nearly impossible to find any trace of on the internet as the name on the huge sign in the street says Valero. This business is the Valero on 8004 N Mesa and crossroads. More people need to know about this place hiding its poor customer service and inaccurate signage. They are not listed on the BBB.org website either, its no wonder they do not have any complaints anywhere.

So I drive out here to fill up my tank, perfect cause it's located right by Walmart and other stores so I was able to do my shopping after. Unfortunate I had locked myself out of my car, keys and phone inside, but I had paid for my gas so I had my wallet in my pocket. I went inside to ask if possible they could help me or had maybe an emergency kit to open my car. Two employees Angel and Ethan came outside to assist. They were able to borrow a car lockout kit from the car wash located two buildings over! These gentlemen were able to help me open my car, what a blessing!! Thank you so much Murphy's Express for having my gas and such wonderful employees!! Thank you Ethan and Angel for being my saving grace! Made my day, this is my new gas station and I will be returning!! Of coarse making sure to take my keys with me when I put gas in next time! lol

This gas station has the worst and most expensive car wash in El Paso city. I came here at night…read morewas waiting on a car to finish the wash. After I reached the machine to pay for my $8 "Budget" wash, the machine didn't accept payments so I had to go inside the store and get a code. I paid $8 inside the store, got the code, went to the machine and entered the code. Drove inside the car wash, and I realized the brushes did not even touch my car. It did not clean my front window or my entire car. It is such a waste of money. I had to fight with the manager named "Carlos" who was very rude and said there's nothing I can do to help other than paying $14 for the total car wash, which is ridiculously expensive for gas station car wash. I hope the complaint department of of Circle K sees this comment and talk to Carlos for being extra rude and bad customer service satisfaction.

Like most gas stations it has an ATM machine inside, offers restrooms, drinks, snacks, ready to go hot snacks, donuts, aspirin, ibuprofen, tobacco, etc. I have never encountered any issues. Gas price here is usually the lowest around this part of El Paso. Watch out, though, Pump #4 is pre-pay only, and not an open pump. You cannot get a fill-up even with a credit card, and you have to limit your gas to an estimated amount. I had to switch to a different pump because of this. Convenient store is like any other gas station store. You can get some drinks and snacks. I wished Valero had a reward program to earn points for purchasing gas and merchandise.
