Box torn on top and little baby stolen

Walmart is such a bad store and should be ashamed of how the store looks. They should fire their manager as this store is dirty, employees just hanging around not doing their job. I complained about their store shoppers who go through the store like it's a race track and almost hit me numerous times coming out of an isle and don't even check if someone is coming. The toys isle was a mess as we were looking for my baby ball and the balls were thrown all over the shelf and not even in the box. Also Lego bags ripped open and my baby main box was torn on top and they took the little baby. You also have people eating or drinking without paying for the item and just throw the wrapper or bottle in the shelf or floor and is stealing. Where are there under cover security, most likely sleeping in the room. Where are the security guards, um talking to each other hanging outside. Where are the police they have at the store, um talking to the girls and talking to the security guards. Well done just waste your money on lazy employees, security and police who don't do anything, they are not walking inside the store observing and doing their job and yet you cry that your losing money. You have a lot of registers and only like 4 open, and you close one side of the store self checkout? This store is junk and should fire the manager, General Manager as they are not doing their job and get rid of the police as they do nothing for the store and get about 30.00 or 40.00 an hour to talk to girls and the security guards and stand there like a statue not walking inside the store isles, front of the store and security just as bad as they just talk to each other in front of the store not walking around in the store and store isles, that is why people are stealing. You know how long it would take someone to open almost all the bags of lego figures to get what they want and leave the store with the item? Then I come shopping and all those torn bags are still there with the item missing. It's time to lock the items up.

    Clearly says replace battery

F&$.$: Walmart!!!!! Bought a battery 3 weeks ago died within a few days won't hold charge their machine says replace it. They won't charging me $$ to replace. Asked for refund they refused called corporate and they pretty much said their hands are tied. So $120 and 8 hours and half tank of diesel fuel. I still have no battery or replacement. I am stuck in the side of a road for 3 days now. No manager available. What the hell is wrong with corporate America? Bunch of theives

    Look for this place!

This Walmart is one of the better, cleaner, and less crowded ones in El Paso. They offer a great variety of grocery items and dry goods at very competitive prices. I have never had any issue with the quality of the produce or the meat I've purchased here. I also recommend the tire and lube express, I get my regular oil changes here, they are quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. Whole Foods this is not, and it is not trying to be; I assure you, this is not the place to come buy your organic, free-range tofu and looking for those kind of items at a Walmart is a YOU problem.

So I ordered a pool online and received an email stating I could pick it up. Before this I had been to every store in my city and tried calling every store but I could never get any help. I went to the store and was told a mistake had been made and there was no pool. I was at the end of my patience. I was done with Walmart and then I met a manager named Tony. He apologized, explained what happened and promised me he would find me a pool at a comparable price and he did. My kids are more than pleased with their new pool. Faith in Walmart restored thnx to Tony!

Wow Linda at Money Services was so rude for no reason. Why would you need to scroll through your phone while I'm trying to be checked out?

While this store was under renovation, I had no patience for running around the store several times over in an attempt to find relocated items.

We usually deal with the same pharmacist, an older male. I wish I knew his name but I don't. He's usually the only one who's there. He's very helpful on which products I should buy. He knows and understands some English. We speak to him in Spanish since it's easier to communicate with him. I came here with my mom a few weeks ago to get antibiotics for a toothache. The meds are always cheaper here than in El Paso. I also had to get some pain/fever reducer and another medicine my dentist prescribed. It was $36 and change for 3 or 4 different prescriptions. My mom also got some wrinkle reducer elixir of some kind for $15. That's a steal for this kind of product. The best part about this pharmacy is...they give you a few mini empanadas every time you buy something! They're always delicious and taste fresh. The empanadas are usually pineapple. Honestly, this is one of the main reasons why we come here. They're a little treat to snack on as you wait on the bridge to cross back over to El Paso. Oh and another good thing is...they take American money and even have change for it. That's pretty rare in Juarez. Usually when you pay with American dollars, they'll give you your change in pesos. Most places won't take a U.S. credit or debit card. If they do, they'll charge you a huge fee to use it. It's best to have U.S. dollars or go to an exchange place. The exchange places are all over the place! We'll be back to this pharmacy for sure!

Nothing like that. In fact, you will be ignored until you can make eye contact with someone who happens to walk by. My experiences there--there have been 3--have roused me to never come back. Like, ever. I dropped off a Rx on Monday that needed to be ordered. I was told it would be in the next day and I would receive a phone call. I made sure to give 2 phone numbers because I cannot go without this medication. No phone calls by Thursday and I show up for this ensuing fiasco: Yesterday's visit (Thursday) It took them 3 tries to get my insurance on file. They have had it in the system since February, but act as if I had no insurance and would have to pay out-of-network prices. Yesterday I came in for a medication refill that I had filled--by them, mind you--last month. They quoted me a price of over $300. I said that this was unreasonable because last month it was only $60. I gave them my insurance information on a piece of paper because I thought that maybe there was a mix-up in their system (which happens often, according to the store manager). Sidenote: Their outdated computer system does not take debit transactions so your payments could take weeks to process with your bank account. Finally, I spoke with a manager who explained to me that there was an error with their system, and it would now only cost $265. I became quite irritated because I knew that this was another lie, and told them that I would be taking my business to the neighborhood Wal-Mart where the staff will speak with you and not treat you as if you were a bill-fold with legs. Now this was quite an unpleasant thing to have to do because now I am rushing back and forth around town to fill a medication that should have been handled on Tuesday. After speaking with the staff at the Wal-Mart pharmacy, who were kind and pleasant to work with, I learned that McCrory's was refusing to transfer my prescription because, "It had already been filled." So now I had to go back to McCrory's to cancel the order and tell them once again, in person, that I want it transferred to Wal-Mart. When I got back to McCrory's, I saw that my insurance information was still sitting on the counter--where any customer with a pair of working eyes could see it, take the paper, or at the very least copy my information. The manager was apologetic once again, yet offered no help with solutions to any of the previously mentioned problems: not allowing debit, insurance not being stored correctly, inaccurate price quotes, and abhorrent customer service. I left for the last time. Never once having heard anything like, "Thank you for shopping with us," or "Have a nice day!" Needless to say, if this business was your neighbor, they would be the old couple yelling at the kids to, "Stay off of my lawn!" These people are snakes, and do not deserve your business. They claim to be a "Neighborhood Pharmacy," but do not care about you. What they really want are huge profits. Their in-store items are marked up so heavily it would be laughable, except that some people actually need those items. I mean, $2.75 for a half ounce tube of hand sanitizer is a joke, right? Do yourself a favor and find a pharmacy with a competent staff who will treat you with respect and decency.
