The switch to a new supplier means the sandwiches and nuggets are much less fatty, with far less gristle than before. Place is very clean, service is always friendly. This Chick-fil-A location stays as busy as others. I usually go through the drive-thru or order ahead to pick up inside. I never eat inside or order inside because I am always on the go. Every time I have used the drive-thru, it has been fast and reliable. The last time I visited, I ordered ahead to pick up at the drive-thru, and they didn't have my order ready; I was asked to park close, and they would bring my order. I ordered chicken minis and a coffee. It took over 10 minutes for my order to be ready. I ordered my food and i didnt get it but it still charged me. Even when i had to oay double they still forgot my fries.

Drive thru staff is always kind and courteous. There is a bottleneck from the orders being taken and the staff inside producing the orders. I wholeheartedly understand a lunch rush but both times I went I hadn't experienced too busy of a drive thru line. In the two occasions I went, I requested a large fry that was half full and cold. I ordered one original spicy and a grilled chicken sandwich and received two original chicken sandwiches. Today, I requested a 4 ct strip and received nuggets. On my part I should've checked but the irony of two incorrect orders on two occasions is kind of difficult to look past. I'm one order, a small sample size. Not all Chick-fil-A's are created equally. I've always had great experiences here! This is my favorite location in the land! I'd stop by on my way home from work at times. The staff has always been kind and efficient here. My favorite items on their menu is their cobb salad and grilled chicken nuggets. The salads always taste fresh and include lots of chicken in them. I like to include lots of Ranch Dressing on my salad. Yum! For $8 and change for a salad, I would hope so! It's a bit pricey but I think it's worth it. I'm also a big fan of their diet lemonade. Although I love sugar, I try and limit/cut it out of my diet whenever I can. That's a pretty hard task in life. I also like their waffle cut fries. They always taste good and fresh, like they just came out of the fryer. I need to cut salt too but here I am...Come to this location if you're in the area and get a chance. Everyone's nice and they give you your order quick. You might even get a free meal because the person in front of you at the drive-thru pays for it. As the first main chick fil a that the westside had, it still maintains its great service and great food! The workers are always very kind and the food is always on point! It gets pretty busy as any other chick fil a does and the only downside of this place is the way the parking lot was built. The line gets a bit unmanageable when it gets long because of how small/tight the space is. Other than that though, I have no complaints about it and it's not a big enough deal to knock them a star because the hard working employees didn't choose how this place was built but just wanted to make sure people were aware! Oh chick fil a how do I miss you..... We were in town and stopped by this location for lunch. Ordered my usual (spicy chicken sandwich with ranch, spicy buffalo, and chick fil a sauce on the side) and my friend ordered hers. We had a free reward on the app and the process was simple. It was pretty busy and a lot of the tables that were empty were dirty. We sat down and cleaned our own, no biggie. The employee who brought our food out was friendly and we were checked on a few times throughout our time there. They always have events going on and they seem pretty cool! Yes, I gave this fast food place five stars. I really admire their corporate culture- they give back to the community. They instill in their young employees a sense of what great customer service is with their famous "it's my pleasure" to serve you concept. They host fundraisers for certain community charities- they hosted one for my Church, St Luke's parish. We had to provide volunteers to work in the restaurant on the day of the event, and the resturant gave a portion of the profits for the day to the Church. This is definitely a community based organization, despite being a chain, and I will give it my support. read more

Everything from the food is perfectly cooked as well as the great customer service and the positive attitude of the staff but unfortunately I had the worst experience when I purchased over $50 worth of food to find two meals missing in my bag mind you I live about 20 minutes away, so I was not going to return to get the food, that was not given to me, however I did pay for it. I think the food selection is ok but service is great. The workers come by several times asking if you need anything else and even offer to refill your drinks. For extra sauces they are free as compared to paying 25 cents at McDonalds. Kudos to El Paso for having a Chick-fil-A. I'm originally from the CA and took for granted that I use to live just blocks from the place that didn't invent the chicken, just the chicken sandwich. So, I take advantage whenever I'm in Caliornia or El Paso. The food here is just as good as the other Chick-fil-A's I've been to. Couple of things to point out is that this location has multiple drive thru's, there's a playground inside for kids, and it's crazy packed. I recently went to this location and ordered $30 worth of food and once I got home I was missing my Mac and cheese and a bunch of sauces. After this incidence I thought I'd give them one more shot, to be disappointed once again. I'm a fan of delicious chicken, and I don't care who knows about it nor am I going to apologize for it, that's why Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. Unfortunately, CFAs are still scarce in El Paso, that's why I am so happy to have a new location. The food here is great, no surprise there, there's not a whole lot that they don't do right. I've always been a BIG fan of the spicy chicken sandwich, though lately I've been really into the grilled chicken club sandwich. Love the nuggets, you should try the Buffalo sauce, it is vastly underrated. And in this heat, there are few things more refreshing than a cold CFA Lemonade, maybe skinny dipping with Kate Upton, but I don't always have time for that. Traffic at this location sucks, but it's a mess at the Zaragoza location too, I don't think it will get better until we have more locations, fortunately the drive thru here is a tad better designed, but I still recommend avoiding lunch hours. Location does have way more seating than the far east location, so that's a plus. CFA employees are renown for their extreme friendliness bordering on annoying, and the staff here seems to be cut from the same cloth. read more

Ok, first off, I like Chick-fil-A, the food is good and service is even better. So here is my reason for 3-stars. I got there sometime after 4pm for a quick bite. I decided to eat in rather than wait in the long drive-thru lane. I get many families want to feed their kids before Halloween shopping since it's after school but this place was a jungle gym for kids. That entire place felt like a day care with children running around, screaming, and yelling. Not to mention that there were kids running around barefoot or just socks on. Parents allowed their kids to run ramped with no supervision at all and meanwhile customers and employees are trying to dodge these little pint-size spawns of Satan. I'm not even exaggerating, kids were using that entire restaurant as a damn racetrack. I wanted to just sit and enjoy my meal but I wolfed it down to hurry and get out of there. Parents, please, for the safety of your children keep your kids in line. At anytime a kid could have ran out the door or gotten snatched up. If your kids are going to leave the play area, put some shoes on their feet. It's a restaurant not a play park. To management: please reinforce the no running policy y'all have. Please advise parents to be a parent instead of paying attention to their phones and not their kids. This place was a sh!tshow. read more

I visit this restaurant location very often due to its proximity to my home. In addition, it is conveniently located off the freeway. Interiorly, the restaurant is always kept clean and the staff is very helpful and amiable. In addition, when I am in a hurry I am able to conveniently go through the drive thru and get my food. This was another plus about this location, the drive thru is very well organized. With two lanes where you can place your order which in then merge into one lane. Before getting to the window, there is an employee outside taking your payment and ensuring your meal is correct. Including beverages and sauces you requested. This was a huge plus- made everything run smoother, aside from there being several vehicles in the drive thru and being a busy weekend. Thus, KUDOS to management for this! I can never complain about their food, their food is delicious and served warm. I have never had a problem here with my food orders. I am in love with their spicy chicken burger and their frosted lemonades! My addiction is real! Overall, great food, affordable, restaurant is clean and staff is fantastic! This is by far the cleanest, friendliest and best customer service out of all the chick fil a's I've ever visited! Restrooms and dining area were spotless! I placed an order on Saturday for Monday pick up at i11 o'clock pick up time for food, which was a rather large order. I get there at 10:55 and it's not ready. I'm thinking they just need to bag everything up. I did add three salads, when I arrived, but I can't believe it takes 20 minutes to get those things together. You just can't go wrong with chick-fil-a. When there is a big rush they have someone outside so you pay and your food is basically ready by the time you pull up to the window. They have never messed up my order, and I normally go through the Drive-Thru. Eat more chicken! read more

I've been going to this location for a while, the food is always exceptional, but recently they have been messing up my drive through orders. For example last week I order sandwiches for my family and they left out side salad dressings and an entire sandwich. This week I ordered for my family and they left out and order of nuggets as well as dressing for 3 salads. Prior to these visits I always trusted them and only glanced at my order at the window but now I feel the need to hold up the line and go through everything due to the extreme frustration of having to go back many times. This is a typical Chick-fil-A. Good food, and great service. It was very busy when we got there around 6:15 on a Friday evening. We had to briefly wait for a seat to open up. A side salad was left off our order, however the staff prepared one quickly. The staff was trying very hard to keep the tables clean. Despite the crowd, the bathrooms were clean! I am so glad that Chickfila is finally available via a drive thru on the west side! During lunch and dinnertime the lines can get pretty long; however, they move at a reasonably fast pace. It only took about 5 minutes for me to get through a line of about 8 cars. I love their emphasis on customer service at this location, they ask your name and greet you by it. They also make sure to make you feel like a friend, rather than just another customer. Its an added bonus to the delicious meals! I should also note that they have yet to get my order wrong, including how many of each sauce I want (which can be frustrating as you drive away to realize somethings missing or wrong at other restaurants). Always love going to chick-fil-a until today. My two kids myself my friend all came here for lunch. Our order was taken while in line then he tells me to wait they will call me to pay. About 15 mins later I was still not called so I went to the counter. The cashier was rude said we have been calling you, no way as I was standing by the pickup sign the whole time. I pay she hands me my tray never asks if I need sauce for the nuggets. I said I would be back for the drinks wasnt until then that she offered to bring them to the table. I placed my breakfast order online curbside at 10:25am and waited in the curbside spot for 20 minutes before calling to see what was going on. She claims they never received the order even though I have a confirmation email. She said I could no longer get a breakfast item because now it's 10:50am and offered me a lunch item. I am vegetarian and will not eat chicken (I was getting an egg sandwich). She offered me bread!! Ha! And sent me on my way. Great service.
