(I live 3 mins away, so it took no time to get there) 5:32pm I arrived with a will be back in 15 min sign, and my food on the counter. I called the store to see if there was someone in the back no answer or v/m setup. At 5:43p the employee pulls up, apologizes for the wait, gives me the order and locks up again and leaves! I would like a manager to reimburse me for my order, bc I didn't have time to wait to speak to a higher up.

A family member recommended Griff's Hamburger due to me craving an Old School burger spot!…read more My order was: The two meat burger with cheese and lettuce. A side of fries and a drink, did not expect it to be so large! But you must not forget.... Everything is BIGGER in Texas. We went through the drive through because we had to eat on the move. Customer service was decent, The burger transported me back to the 70's. Tasted like a traditional old fashioned hamburger with salt and pepper with a squirt of mustard in the middle as the burger cooks. The burger meat itself was flavorful and the accompaniment of bun, lettuce and cheese did not overpower anything! The fries were shoestring style, hot and fresh! No complaints! Slide to Griffs!
