Would seriously give this place a 0 star if I could. Half of the stalls don't work. Like... seriously don't work at all. Maybe put an out of order sign so people don't have to pull into a broken one, pull back out, go to the next one, have to pull out again, rinse, repeat for the next 5 stalls. Seriously, what the hell? Does the owner not give a f*** about their establishment? Not to mention the employees. Seriously, this place makes Sonic look bad. read more

Didn't get my drinks Waited for almost an hour They were throwing food in the kitchen And rude read more

Pulled in at 9:10pm and sat there til 9:38pm til anyone tried to take my order and instead taking my order I got told they were closed. So I asked what time they closed and was 10pm and was ignored after that. But yet there place was packed and the Hispanics on one of me their order got taken and on the other side me was African Americans and their order got taken. But I was told they were closed. I will never give my money to that location ever again. Poor service period!! Not even worth a 1 star rating but have to put it just to post this. read more

They don't know how to take an order. I would give 0 stars if possible. Most of my order was wrong and I only ordered drinks!!!!!! Asked for medium shake got a mini Asked for a large cheesecake shake got vanilla Got 2 other shakes and none of the shakes had whip or cherry and the employee told me that I needed to ask for it because it was extra!!!!! Like ok I don't mind paying but as a customer you would assume that it's already included! Asked for a strawberry limeade and got strawberry sprite!!! It was just horrible! Never coming back!!!!!!! read more

I came to pick up a door dash order and it took more than 30 mins for me to receive a order for a customer. When I talk to the lady on the speaker she didn't even respond when I told her I was there to pick up a order. Then the order was suppose to be ready when I arrived. I even tried to flag the girl who was bringing out orders but she kept walking as though she didn't hear me. read more

Wanna give 0 stars ordered off the app and parked in a stall and waited for 1 hour for my order to be process and said they were going to bring it and then it just went through and we waited another 30 minutes and pressed the button to order and had to give them my order number for them to give me my food and it was cold and they got the drink order wrong never going here again and going to get a refund read more

This has to be the worst Sonic experience ever. I pull up to the drive in and press the button wait for 20 minutes and a guy walks up and asks, "Did you order a cheese coney?" I respond NO I have been sitting here 20 minutes and no one has responded. So, he sends a car hop out. She took my order I ask for precisely 2- corn dogs, 1 small chili cheese tots witb grilled jalepenos and a medium Cherry Lime aide. She returns with my order corns dogs fresh, tots splendid and then I grab my cup to take a Super gulp because I'm one of those that if I touch my drink I will not eat my food. So I ate half my food and grabbed my cup to take a big suck to find out its full of strawberries. I'm like Omg, I'm allergic to strawberries and they do me bad when consumed. I immediately pulled out my epi-pen to stop the adverse reactions and then prednisone so my lips and tongue would stop swelling. Then I noticed my reciept the price for the corn dogs was not happy hour priced. I flagged for a car hop and advised he send my girl back. I tell her my prices aren't correct and I'm allergic to strawberries and I told her specifically cherry and I asked her to send the manager. The manager came out with a new drink in her hand and wanted to argue about the corn dog pricing when it clearly states 99. From 2-5. The least she could have done was offered me a comp on my next meal. She had absolutely no care or concern. Smh, I'll never eat this particular Sonic in life... And I'm headed to the ER for care.. read more

Would rate 0 stars, would never return. Food took about an 1hr plus they didn't have what i ordered, menu is limited.

I would give this sonic 0 stars if I could. I have never waited so long for 2 cups of ice. Customer service here is horrible. I had to press the button multiple times to even speak to someone. In literally saw no servers coming out the door for a solid 10 minutes. I'm a pretty chill person but v this is madness. read more

I've never been much of a fan of Sonic today was my last time going to one. It was highly recommended that I try the slushes. I pressed the red button and three minutes later the light went off. So I pressed it again. And when I noticed the cars on both side of me leaving, both of whom got there after me, I got out of my car and went inside. The girl there told me that she didn't have a headset and there are only two people taking orders. Certainly didn't apologize. She said she'd come to my car, but she should have asked me right then "what can I get you?" Oh well they lost a customer that wasn't much a customer to begin with read more

I'm bringing generous giving 2 stars. We were down here for a basketball. tournament and in the morning everything was fine. Quick service, good food, etc. Come at 5 Pm on a Sunday and it was a disaster. Waited almost 30 mins for a hit dog and a drink. The ordering screens seemed to be in disrepair as they cycled back to 'Press the button' from 'Wait to Order' after a few seconds and a person never asked for our order. We moved to another stall and just held the button down... read more
