I used to be the role-your-eyes type of girl when it came to small animals also, until I got sick. These pups go through a lot of hard work and treating to get to the point of certification for my long haired Chihuahua mix, because they don't listen. But we did it and he now listens to my heart. I know it's a unique situation regardless, I was to the point of mortification when I walked into buy gas and that a manager immediately told me "no dogs allowed I have to leave" in front of an afternoon packed store of people before I could even say hello. I'm not a complainer trust me but this kind of attitude towards Service animals is sad. I have never been to any location that has made me feel so embarrassed and upset. It was a manager I'm told, I don't know her name?
