Only reason this place got a two star for me was because the majority of the staff is beyond…read morewonderful every night. But the one star that I was not even going to get into is because of my service animal. I know we've all heard the same song of dance when it comes to service animals. I used to be the role-your-eyes type of girl when it came to small animals also, until I got sick. At 38. it's not fun but life is made a little bit better with your service animal who's properly trained and certified. These pups go through a lot of hard work and treating to get to the point of certification for my long haired Chihuahua mix, because they don't listen. But we did it and he now listens to my heart. I carry him at chest level for that reason. I know it's a unique situation regardless, I was to the point of mortification when I walked into buy gas and that a manager immediately told me "no dogs allowed I have to leave" in front of an afternoon packed store of people before I could even say hello. I'm not a complainer trust me but this kind of attitude towards Service animals is sad. I have never been to any location that has made me feel so embarrassed and upset. It was a manager I'm told, I don't know her name? Black lady ( like myself) anyways I'm not trying to get down to those type of details but when I walked in, those are the first words I heard and I am response told her that he is a Service animal. And I know the ca laws and the questions that they are prohibited to ask to protect my disability and my rights. But she proceeded to ask where is his vest? And I said I'm sorry, ma'am but in the state of California my service dog is not required to wear a vest or anything indicating that he is a service animal other than what I tell when asked the appropriate questions which are: 1-is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? and 2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform? And to which I would've answered, yes my A fib ( out of courtesy I like to inform people of my disability, because he is in an unusual placement on my chest.) and boo-boo here listens to my heart rate and alerts me when things aren't ok. But she just motioned for me to leave without asking me she just said no dogs, where is his vest? Appalled I'll stop but I'm so sorry for all the service animals and there handlers for untrained staff.

Had no problems with this gas station, came here all the time to get snacks and use the restroom…read more But then one morning before work was using their restroom and was in there only 5 mins and an employee bangs on the restroom door like the police, she was rushing me to finished using the restroom which was uncalled for and inappropriate behavior from an employee. Overall bad experience, and bad customer service, which didn't match business customer service standards.

I am writing to report a very concerning experience I had at your AMPM location involving an…read moreemployee named Javi. When I first walked in, he immediately told me I only had two minutes, but he said it in an aggressive and hostile tone, raising his voice at me. As I continued shopping and went to the front, he again yelled that I only had one minute left. Before that, I had asked him if the store was open 24 hours, and he told me yes. He also stated that he was the owner, which was confusing because at the same time he claimed he was clocking out. That contradiction raised concerns about the accuracy of what he was telling me. The situation escalated when he began cursing at me, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and honestly scared. On top of that, he made inappropriate and disrespectful comments toward me, including insulting me personally and continuing to curse at me in Spanish. What made this even more frustrating is that after leaving and going to another gas station, I came back shortly after to check if the store had actually closed, and it was still open. Javi was behind the counter calmly helping other customers, which makes his behavior toward me even more unacceptable. This kind of treatment is completely unprofessional and not something any customer should have to experience. I would like this situation to be addressed seriously, as no one should be spoken to or treated in this manner. I expect appropriate action to be taken regarding this employee.
