**WATCH THE VIDEO FOR PROOF* Took my car through the drive through carwash. We heard a weird banging sound when the spinning brushes started washing the car. Long story short, after the wash we inspected the car, and found that there was a lose wire slapping the car when the spinner started. It left major scratches all over the car and a broken windshield as well. I took many videos and pictures while in the car wash as well, lots of proof. Left my Information with the current worker there, said manager would contact us tomorrow. So far nothing. Called them and didn't answer. Here is a video and pictures of the damage. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I waited in line to get a car wash here. The machine wouldn't take my card. So I went inside to pay and get a code. Got the code. Went back out to get in line and now the code doesn't work. At this point, I've been in line half an hour and my kids are done skating so I need to go. I go in to ask for a refund. The worker gives me another code. I say I want a refund. She says it's good for 7 days. I say I don't live nearby and don't want to come back. She looks at me weird and gives me an attitude. At which point I said "I've been in line half an hour and not gotten my car washed. I don't want to wait in line again." And she said, "there's no way you were in line half an hour." I had looked at my watch upon entry and when I got my refund. It had been 36 minutes total. Go somewhere else. read more

I waited for the car wash for about 30 minutes and in the beginning of my wash it just shut down because the inconsiderate knucklehead in front of me was parked under the dryers. He wouldn't get out which messed up my car wash. The cashier was nice and gave me another code, but the car wash should not have done that. It was irritating to wait in the long line again so I would not recommend this car wash. Inside is good, but not the car wash. Go elsewhere. read more

Bianca the manager was rude as hell an very very unprofessional. At this point, I feel I do have a lawsuit. She humiliate and embarrass me in front of customers I ignored her with her stupidity. she act like she couldn't leave the parking lot unless I moved my car. Then she went to her car went in front of my car and continue to honk her horn then came back inside and said she will never service me as she was yelling and ranting and raving with her little daughter in the car. I asked for Manager's phone number and she is a manager then I asked for her supervisors number and they would not give it to me have not heard from them at all. I parked in the front due to having lower abdomen pain. I am having surgery on Monday. If she would've let me explain that and that I was just popping in to get a car wash and popping right out immediately, but she wouldn't stop yelling and acting a fool. An I have medical paperwork to prove it too. Then as she was in her car to leave because she had more than the room to do so she pulls up to the side of my car an rolls her window down to talk shit again WTfK. on August 25th at around 8:40an-8:55am my wife stoped by Circle K gas station on address 12358 Central Ave, to pump gas and get a car wash, after she finished, she went ahead to the house to continued with her day. around 3:30pm-4pm we were going out to do some grocery shipping, when I noticed small marks on my 2016 BMW. I asked my wife where did she go in the morning because it has some stains, she replied, only church and gas station to pump gas and washed the car. I when to the gas station and cashier was nice to offered me one more car wash to remove stains, I washed the car again but marks didn't came out since the car was in the sun all day and it was really hot in chino Ca, cashier told me to come back next day and talk to manager. Today August 26 at 10am I when to talk to Ricky, manager at the gas station to ask them to resolve the issue with my car but he insisted that it didn't happened at the gas station. I when out to the car wash to look at the equipment and I notice that one of the chemicals hoses has dried marks same color as the ones in my car. This place is now a 76 gas station and still sucks ass! I paid to get a car wash and the stupid machine throws soap all over the car then shuts down. I pull around to the front and got down to tell the attendant that it's broken and if I can have my money back and she tells me no! Ummm esqueeze me . She tells me she can't give refunds and to try and go through the car wash again. So their I go like an idiot through this cheap ass "car wash" and nothing. It doesn't even turn on! I pull up front, get outta my car to tell the attendant it's not working and I want a refund and she says "No I can't do that" so what now are you in the habit of charging for a service than just taking money and not providing the service I PAID FOR?! The manager wasn't there and she sure wasn't calling him for help either. I really wish they wouldn't hire just any Tom, Dick, or Harry these days. This gas station is not run properly. I can tell you that it is obvious that management does not like his job and it reflects on all of his employees. I've always said that if you can't or don't want to do your job correctly, maybe it's time to find another line of work. This establishment has a lot of potential but is hard to soar like an eagle when you work for a turkey. My best regards to the employees who obviously enjoy there jobs and need there jobs . On 3/9/20 at 1:57pm I went thru the car wash, I inserted my debit card to pay for a $10 car wash. I waited about 2-3 minutes for the receipt/car wash code to print; a receipt DID NOT print. I received a SYSTEM ERROR code and never got a car wash code. I had to back out of the hairpin style car wash lane and reparked at the pump. I immediately signed onto my bank account to see and confirmed the $10 subtraction was taken by this 76 location. I walked into the station to show proof of payment and stated I did not receive a car wash code. I spoke to Rick/mgr and showed Rick proof of the subtraction. Rick told me MY BANK STATEMENT WAS PENDING as we both looked at $10 charge that was clearly subtracted. Rick said that it takes sometimes 3 days for the transaction to go all the way through and seemingly implied that I need to wait 3 days before I can have a car wash code. I spent about 7 minutes with him about the proof on my bank statement; finally he decided to give me a car wash code. Rick said if the transaction does happen to reverse because of the system error code anytime within the next 3 days that I need to come back and pay the station their $10. I stated I have no problem going back if in fact there was a system error and the $10 charge gets reversed and placed back into my bank account, as of now the charge has been taken from me so give me a wash code. I personally have more than 20 years of customer service experience. Rick NEVER offered to write down my name and phone number at ANY TIME during the conversation to call back and check on ME about a situation that occurred as a result of the '76 STATIONS FAILED NETWORK.' This wasn't my error, this wasn't by banks error. Expecting me to wait 3 days to return for the code would just be another lengthy conversation for me later answering questions about why I didn't come into the station to resolve this on the day of my visit. I gave my visit 2 stars; 1/star because I eventually got a car wash code; 1/star because even though the system in place for debit card car wash customers was very ineffective, Rick did succeed in never raising his voice or becoming rude with me. read more

The lady who helped me was very nice. While 2 guys that were working there were just rude, and talking amongst themselves. I took my 2 kids to the restroom , it was so freaking disgusting!! It smelled like pee , I guess I should be happy it wasnt smeared with . There was pee all around the rim, on the floor next to the toilet. There was no hand soap and no paper towels to dry your hands with. When we walked back out to go put gas in my car, the gas didn't even go. I had to walk in and tell the 2 guys who were talking that the gas wasnt pumping. They looked at me like I was interrupting an import conversation and the guy rudely said the gas is working now, go outside and check . I would have probably spoke to the manager but it looked like one of the 2guys that were talking in there was manager. Worst circle k I have ever been too !! Not very impressed with the customer service from cashier James, he's rude and has major attitude. I go to this gas station a lot and I have always have had a great experience, quick transactions good greetings and conversations with other cashiers but not with James. I went in to by some monster energy drinks that were on sale, 2 for 5 dollars, for my husband who only likes the white cans, well unfortunately there was only one can left but you could clearly see more in the back mind you the store had one other guest in there besides me, I ask when he got a chance if he could go and grab one more can so I could get that deal and he tells me no... So I asked him please and he said he can't leave the register until the store was empty, ok so the last customer left and I asked, should I leave too so you can get it and he said no I'm not getting for you. I was in a hurry and already waiting for 10 mins in the store while my husband was in the car with a screaming baby, so after he says no he then walks away from the register grabs the 1 can of monster I had and proceeds to put it back in the fridge and refused to sell me that item, I'm sorry but again not only was he rude but he acted as if he has the right to refuse service for one can of monster. Please managers retrain James or get rid of him he really needs to learn the importances of customer service. And James I didn't pick this job you did learn some respect to the customers that frequent this store/gas station and allow you to collect a check! read more
