I fell at this store pretty hard and submitted an incident report because their lock box under the self check out was open and not locked like it was supposed to be which is what I tripped on. I totally ate it, falling really hard on my left knee and my right wrist and elbow. The following day I tried getting ahold of them to no avail. Three days later I sent my sister because I was at work and she talked to the manager Michelle. The manager said she would call me with info on where I can go to be seen. Later that day she finally sends me an urgent care but with no claim number or insurance info for me to get the care. Hours go by and she finally tells me a claim specialist will call me which didn't happen that day. Now we are 4 days from the fall. On the second day I could hardly work because my back was locked up and my wrist is in pain. Still unable to get care. I finally get a call from a claim specialist but I miss the call because I was working. I call back and leave a message. Now we are on 5 and I have no info in order to be seen! This is an atrocious way to help a customer that fell in your store because of your employees incompetence. This is unacceptable! read more
