I went this morning around 10:20 AM and bought a Diet Coke. Took it to the car, opened it, took one sip and it was dead flat (no carbonization). I saw the can was damaged so likely a hole in the can. I took the can back in the store and talked to associate, Hemraj, about exchanging and getting a new can. I figured he would just do that when I showed him the issue. He flat our said No since the Diet Coke was not 7-11's product. I explained they sold it to me and if they exchanged it and gave me a new can, 7-11 could get their money back from their Coke distributor. He said No firmly several times. It was weird. When I asked him for a manager, he then gave me the store telephone number. Called it and voicemail box was full. 7-11 you are awesome but please provide better customer service.

Her name is Kayla she was so sweet and good at getting a small rush out and had everyone laughing and smiling. One thing that stood out to me was when she stumbled into a language she did not speak she took the time to pull out her translating app to make sure she understood what was being said. I will say I never seen an employee like her. Normally when this happens the company gets a bad review or the employee gets a complaint. She needs to be appreciated for her hard work.

    I've been very sick for the last week and needed to have 7 prescriptions filled. They were out of…read moretwo items but didn't check to see if any of the other Walgreens had them, just said they could order them. Since I'm having trouble breathing, I really didn't want to wait so I called around and was able to get the out-of-stock items filled at a different location. The next day my husband went to pick up the remaining items. Before he left, I went to the Walgreens website and cancelled two items online, one because I realized I already had some at home and one because I had picked it up the day before at the other location. I thought that would be easier than telling my husband which ones to get and which ones to leave. Boy, was I wrong! He came home with 5 prescriptions including the ones I'd cancelled. Knowing this would be difficult, I dragged myself and the two cancelled prescriptions to the Walgreens to return them. They asked me if they'd left the store and I said yes, and they said they can't accept returns on items that had left the store. I understand the policy and it's a good one but it was THEIR mistake so I said "I don't care what you do with the medications but I'm not going to pay for something that I canceled." They repeated their position so I repeated mine and the woman behind the counter said let me get the manager who essentially just repeated the same thing. She had to call a higher level manager to get approval and then made it clear to me that this was a "one and done" and I needed to do a better job of communicating to my husband what needs to be picked up. I replied that I thought their computer systems needed to do a better job of communicating between online and the store. When I told all this to my husband he asked me "On what planet is it the customer's job to make sure that the pharmacist isn't dispensing drugs that they're not supposed to be passing out?!"

Their staff is competent and professional compared to Walgreens. I had a sick child today and they told me "hundreds" of people were ahead of me and I couldn't wait. My doctor sent the prescription elsewhere and we had it in minutes. This staff was so rude and unprofessional I've never left a review before but felt compelled to comment on this team.
