When I brought it into Royal, I figured it would be cleaned and look good enough to get a fair trade in price. What I got back was, in all seriousness, a brand new Jeep!! The paint was incredible - almost buttery to the touch, interior was flawless - ALL dog hair GONE. It's actually hard to believe this all occurred in a few hours. When I went to trade it in, the dealer said "we've never seen a trade in look like that, are you sure it's not a new car?" I just laughed. They proceeded to give me MORE than what I asked for the value. When you take your ride to Royal Detail, you're getting highly attentive service, professional results and an extremely fair price. The level of service is unmatched in most of today's auto industry. Without exaggeration, Yisrael is closer to an artist than a detailer and the proof is in the results. Yes, entering and exiting the wash can be tricky and if I owned this wash I would probably look at replacing that system with something that is less prone to problems. But with that exception this car wash is as good or better than any. I love the free use of the clothes to dry your car, I have always had to leave a bunch of rags in my car to dry with at other washes. What a hassle that was! They are exceptionally proud of their wash, if the monthly membership fees are any indication, but it beats the old hose and sponge method.

I recently renewed my membership on the 26th, but when I went through the member lane the other day, the screen said my form of payment had declined. I assumed the renewal hadn't gone through, so I signed up again. I later realized I was charged twice and am now paying for two memberships. I'm not sure if this issue is related to the license plate scanner or how my information was entered by an employee, but it's frustrating to run into this kind of problem after everything had been working smoothly. I'd appreciate help resolving the duplicate charge and understanding how this happened so it doesn't occur again.

I've seen this place a few times but always seem to forget about it because we live between 5-10 miles from it. On this particular day I remembered it and it was on our way but in the end it wasn't worth it. There are both self wash and touchless wash which we opted for. But there were cars ahead of us 3 to be exact and it seemed like forever to get our turn. We opted for the Diamond Plus wash which was the top of the line and cost $15. It was to include an undercarriage wash and tires , rims. From start to finish the whole thing from the time we pulled forward was just under 10 minutes. The wash seemed to be thorough and relaxing but when I pulled out even with 2 passes of the air dryers/blowers the car had lots of water all over it. So I winded up drying it myself. And honestly I really thought about finding the attendant and asking for a partial refund but after spending almost an hour there I thought I would just take one for the team. They also have a dog wash on site but I do not know if its self serve or what. So my opinion on this wash it is..., ? I guess you'll have to try it for yourself but I dont think I would spend the money on the plus because there are places that you can go to and they will actually hand dry and vacuum the inside for the same price. But our car did come out clean and you can opt to use the vacuum after your thru with your wash.
