While I forewent the window cleaner, there were plenty to go around which is not the case at all gas stations. Trash cans were also aplenty and appeared to be emptied often. While filling the tank I saw an ad for the 7-Eleven app and discounts on Big Gulps and more. Suffice it to say I was all signed up for the app by the time the tank was full. I sauntered into the store after snagging a shot of the sign depicting the gas prices (gotta brag a bit about this one). Strolled on over to the big gulp area to check our the flavors offered as well as see what was going on with the slurpee selection. Decided to go for a zombie soda mix (diet Dr Pepper and Diet Coke) to fuel the rest of my morning (yes, I said morning). The store was spacious, clean and offered some interesting snacks - like the Tapatio pickles in the cooler and straw bizzle lower sugar slurpees). Two registers meant a quick checkout. To note there were also plastic partitions between the customers and the workers. While efficient the clerk I checked out with was not personable (I had greeted her with a hello and asked how her morning had been and received no response). The convenience coupled with the variety of offerings will definitely keep me coming back for more.

Came in here during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. Although the store had a "Please wear a…read moreface mask" sign on the window, not a single employee was wearing one properly (2 had them under their chins. The third did not have one at all). They were not enforcing masks to customers, and other than myself, not a single customer had one on. It's clear that this location, as part of Weld County, does not take seriously the health of its employees and customers.

Notably, a nearby station across the street had prices at $3.45. The truck preceding me had a receipt printed at 8:03:16 am with a price of $3.449 and a cash price of $3.249. Upon entering the store, I inquired about the cash price with the attendant, who confirmed it to be $3.34. I requested pump 10. However, upon payment, the attendant stated the total was $691.02. I questioned the amount and provided $700, receiving $26.26 in change for 172.799 gallons, resulting in a price of $3.89 per gallon. I expressed my concern to the attendant, who attributed the discrepancy to the possibility of price changes within a 30-minute period, which I found to be an unacceptable business practice. TA Wheat Ridge, CO pump price is just $3.799, where you get free coffee, ice, and a good clean shower. This Longmont Truck stop doesn't offer anything but takes advantage of people.

The station itself is definitely run down in comparison to its neighbors. The buttons and everything on the pump is faded and cracked, and often the credit card readers don't work at all, requiring you to pay inside. On several occasions, regular fuel has been nonfunctional and they've offered premium for the same price. Best time to go with limited wait times is late at night!
