No questions asked he ran out to get his wallet and was super helpful and didn't even make me feel uncomfortable. I hate that they chose this location. It's at the busiest intersection in Solon and super hard to…read moredrive back to where you're going afterwards. It's also caddy corner across the street from yet another gas station already--Circle K. From the signs, it seems the prices are lower but upon closer inspection, it's because the fuel is full of ethanol or worse quality. I have a hybrid and decided NOT to fill up my tank with cheap quality fuel. The biggest beef I have with this location is that the one day in the middle of the week during lunchtime (around 1pm), the pumps were closed FOR NO REASON. There were no signs, no construction, no real reason. I had just about 10miles left in my tank and coming out of the exit makes me miss the Circle K as well... My parents tried the food and said it was the worst fries they have ever had in America. They were thin, not crispy and so caked in chunks of salt, they were inedible. The workers were also unhelpful and did not explain to my dad that after signing up to their rewards card that he had to verify his email first before activation. I don't know any other place that does it; especially a gas station where you need to just fill up and go. I used to live next to a Sheetz in Monroeville, PA for 7 years and that one was a 5-star. So I know my Sheetz! This is just the worst one ever and so unnecessary in this location. At least move it to North Solon where there is a lack of gas stations...
